Highlands Ranch get away

Pros: Location, staff, cleanliness
Cons: Loved it!
Location: Restaurants, breweries, biking path, parks
great location - easy access to the freeway, Chatfield reservior, restaurants, breweries and all parts of the Denver metro. A great hotel - clean and new, lobby bar and restaurant, pool and hot tube.

Very nice for the price.

Booked 2 hours before our arrival; check in was instant and room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet and no traffic noise.

Great location

Pros: The location and the friendly staff.
Location: We ate at The Rock Fire Wood Kitchen. There is also an AMC theater nearby.
Stayed for one night to attend a conference nearby at Denver University. Hotel staff were awesome and the room was very comfortable.

close to wedding

Pros: location, cleanliness
Cons: communication between expedia and hotel, although by phone I was told that I was speaking with the hotel and not expedia, so I don't understand
Location: good location. we wanted to see the columbine memorial which was closeby. close to great restaurants.
I specifically call the number for the hotel to upgrade to two beds and make sure there was a wheelchair available for my elderly mother. I paid for the upgrade and was assured that a wheelchair was available. when we arrived I was told by hotel staff that I must have spoken with expedia rather than the hotel because no such upgrade was noted nor was it available at the location. more upsetting, however, was that they had no idea about a wheelchair and one was not available for our stay. I was told the general manager would be notified and heard nothing more.

Comfortable beds. Had a great night sleep and clean room . Coffee maker availble with great shower!

Thank you Mary! Seems like you had an excellent visit, with all the amenities. While Hilton Garden Inn brand does not allow for an included breakfast, we hope you gave ours a try anyways! The cooked-to-order options are certainly worth the price!

Convenient , Clean, and good service

The hotel was pleasantly clean. My husband had a reaction to the leftover smell of cleaning supplies. He's not especially sensitive, but it was strong, so he didn't sleep much. The shower water smelled heavily of mold, kind of like fishtank water. I don't​ know if it was a city water thing or something else-the bathroom itself was very clean. All in all, great hotel and we would happily give e it another try. The only thing to make it better would be free breakfast, like the majority of the industry does. This hotel wanted $8 for a very, very basic Continental breakfast. Too much for traveling families.
