Very satisfactory hotel in every way.

Pros: Clean, looked new,
Cons: Include breakfast in the room fee, and keep coffee going 24/7 for the guests to get in the lobby. Or, provide a few more Kureig cups for the room.
I found that the hotel was extremely comfortable and convenient during my stay in Denver for a professional conference.

Continental breakfast may be purchased for $7.95, full cooked-to-order at $11.95, and a la carte items start at just $1.50. Coffee is always available, even after breakfast, from a keurig coffee bar in our Market Pantry, and we are happy to supply additional KCups for your guest room. Breakfast expense

Overall the hotel was great. However with what it costs to stay, I'd say having to pay for breakfast is too much. There are other hotels that so include the breakfast with the same choices for no additional cost to customer. Breakfast is a cheaper meal by nature, so I doubt you lose money.

Great hotel at a great price!

Only stayed one night but really enjoyed the accommodations. The room was very nice, staff very helpful and location great for catching the light rail and for places to eat. And getting the price I did for the room made it even more exceptional!

Convenient to town center

Pros: Room was clean and was larger than normal hotel room
Cons: Breakfast should be provided at no extra cost
Location: Town center had a lot of restaurants and shopping
Hotel was clean and room was excellent. Room clerk Bree was especially helpful and efficient.
