Great staff

Posted Jul 21, 2016
Pros: Staff
Cons: Room was a little dated.
Our flight was cancelled due to weather and everyone in Denver was scrambling for rooms. We finally got to the hotel near midnight - there was a Sonic next door and we were starving. The night manager handled our check in while we ran to get food! He comped us for the $13 breakfast next morning as well. They couldn't have been nicer for two very tired, stressed travelers.

Air conditioning never shut off. The hotel staff was Not accommodating to the fact that we landed at 7 am and said the earliest they could have our room clean was at 2:30 (30 mins before normal check in).

Thank you for your feedback. We regret that you had an issue with air conditioning, but would like to mention that early check-in is based on availability at the time of your arrival and cannot be guaranteed. Hopefully we can impress you in the future.

One night stay

Posted Jul 18, 2016
Pros: Location.
Cons: elevators and internet that actually worked.
The elevator from the parking garage did not work. Had to haul luggage up the stairs. The air conditionor put out cool air, but it took almost 3 hours to get the temp. under 80 degrees. We were out most of the 3 hours, but was hoping for a cooler room when we got back. My sisters room never did cool and was moved to another room. I had to go to the desk 3 times to get the key to read. I got up in the morning and they were updating the internet at 6 a.m. Told me it would be available at 7. Waited until 8 and finally checked out and had to find a McDonalds to log onto work. Had an hour's work to do and then a 600 mile drive. Did not arrive at my next destination until late. I would think that internet update between 6 and 8?? on Monday morning might not be the best choice of time. Would have been better if the staff were concerned by it, they did not care. Probably won't be back.

While we’re glad that our close proximity to DIA was beneficial, it’s disappointing that we let you down. Although we don’t have the full details on what you experienced, we’d like to take this opportunity to apologize and thank you for your feedback. We’re sure we won’t disappoint again.

Nice for a change of pace

Posted Jul 11, 2016
This hotel was a new one for our family. We stayed here because our usual one was booked. For one thing Yasmin at the front counter was amazing, she helped us check in quickly plus treated us with breakfast buffet coupons for all 4 of us plus a couple of drink coupons for my wife and I. The hotel was certainly not a $150/night place but the staff made up for it and we had a pleasant stay.

The pool wasn't working and it wasn't posted on their website and while facilities were available next door at the doubletree, I was disappointed. I wouldn't have stayed there had I known that

Dirty and outdated

Posted Jul 10, 2016
The hotel was grimy. It was stained and sticky. We had to change rooms because the first one upon walking in had the air conditioning leaking on the floor and making a terrible racket. The second room we were put in was house cleaned but the walls were sticky, the carpet was stained, and there was a terrible smell. We checked out early and went to a different hotel.

Not my favorite

Posted Jul 1, 2016
I didn't love the neighborhood of this hotel. It didn't feel totally safe for a women staying alone. I hated the parking, it was far away and inconvenient. The elevator was super slow and old. Everything looked updated but it didn't feel super nice.

We’re sorry to hear that we let you down. Stapleton is a peaceful, welcoming suburban area and it saddens us that you felt otherwise. For our guests’ convenience, we offer both a secure parking facility and lot parking. Your perspective is truly appreciated and we hope you’ll give us another chance.
