Very close to great places to hang out

My only negative was the hot tub was kinda dirty from the underage kids that were playing in it,and also the elevator to the garage didn't work, other than that top notch! Had an issue with my room check in but was comped rather well.

Good place to slowdown the pace

Pros: comfortable room and location to I70.
After a week on the road - this hotel meets the need for us to slowdown our pace before the long drive back. Room is comfortable. Kids were looking forward to using the hot tub to relax - however, the temperature was too hot for them to dip into the pool while the regular pool is too cold! The in room refrigerator and microwave could use a proper "table" to prevent children getting to them as the microwave is stacked onto of the mini-refrigerator. All in all - we had a good experience.

Nice stay and the shuttles were nice

This hotel had friendly staff except for one red head at the front desk. Everyone else was extremely helpful. The shuttle was quick to drive us within two miles of the hotel and to the hotel from the airport. I would recommend staying here if flying and don't have a car.

Do not stay here!

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything. The staff could be more informative, the room could be upgraded 100%
When we arrived, there was no parking to go in and check in. When we were finally able to check in, the lady at the desk informed us that there was underground parking under the building at the back of the building next door. BUT the elevator was broken so we had to come back up the parking ramp and walk around the buildings and over to the holiday inn at 10 o'clock at night. She did not inform us that there was a door that did lead into the building. Once we got into the room, there was dirty towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door that were missed when housekeeping cleaned the room. The room was small and not what we were thinking we'd paid for. The hydraulic door closer was leaking oil out. There were burn marks around the room. It was just nasty.

$50 upcharge for "incidentals"?!?

A $50. Charge to my credit card for "incidentals" before I even saw the room. The front desk staff could not explain what this was, charged it anyway. Assuming this is a way to show a lower room rate @ your app. I will not stay there again.

The incidental fee is mentioned on Expedia; this is commonplace in this hospitality industry and covers any incidental charges, such as room service on your stay. Should it not be used, it is refunded and we hope we could clarify any concerns.

Nice & convenient

Hotel was quiet and well-kept. Friendly staff. Hotel actually had great food! Dinner was good and breakfast buffet nice. Would stay again.

Great staff

Pros: Staff
Cons: Room was a little dated.
Our flight was cancelled due to weather and everyone in Denver was scrambling for rooms. We finally got to the hotel near midnight - there was a Sonic next door and we were starving. The night manager handled our check in while we ran to get food! He comped us for the $13 breakfast next morning as well. They couldn't have been nicer for two very tired, stressed travelers.

Air conditioning never shut off. The hotel staff was Not accommodating to the fact that we landed at 7 am and said the earliest they could have our room clean was at 2:30 (30 mins before normal check in).
