Expensive 4 Nothing: Offer more for the cost

Room Air conditioner is not thermostat regulated. Runs without stopping and fan is Noisy. Produces smell on initial turn on. No free break fast for guest. Kids eat free... ahhh not really if just your chicken salad is $15. Food was horrible both presentation and taste. Needs a chef with class.

Please accept our apologies that you did not enjoy your recent stay. The A/C issue is not normal and we will look into this immediately. We will also follow up with Food and Beverage Manager as, most definitely, children do eat free at all Holiday Inns, with a paying adult.

Needs more attention to customer service.

Pros: It's nice that there is a full-service restaurant. It would be nicer if it was cleaner.
Cons: The entire hotel seemed a bit dirty. The hallway rugs looked like they had not been shampooed in a while.
Location: The only reason I stayed there was because it was close to where I had to work.
I thought many on the staff were lackadaisical. I don't know if it's a Colorado thing or what, but they didn't seem too concerned about making customers wait unnecessarily.

Mostly met our needs

Pros: Friendly staff, clean rooms.
Stayed here while having vehicle serviced. It was relatively convenient, and mostly met our needs. A power outage (not limited to the hotel) complicated things, and a menu change in the hotel restaurant meant the staff was a bit stressed. One negative was that the hotel's shuttle, though not being used for the needs of other guests, would not take us to our dealership for vehicle pickup because, at 8.4 miles away, it was "too far".

We appreciate your feedback and are pleased that, for the most part, you enjoyed your stay. Our shuttle is reserved for local runs within a 5 mile radius, but we do understand your frustration in getting to/from your dealership.

10 minutes away from just about everything.

The 20 year old girl who checked us in didn't know what PayPal is - made our check in slightly awkward as she was attempting to verify payment. The lobby's decorum would lead you to believe the rooms would be a bit nicer but they're decent enough in terms of comfort. Super sweet cleaning ladies.

Dissapointed!

Been Staying at Denver Lakewood Holiday inn for 3 years now, last visit, I arrived to find, they are no longer a smoke(420) friendly hotel, and the staff was quite rude about it...very disappointed!

Though we do try to meet the needs of all guests, we've had increasing requests from guests to move to a no-smoking policy throughout the hotel. We do hope that you'll continue to consider staying with us, knowing that we have smoking areas available for your convenience.
