The bathroom was gross. Brown/orange stuff smeared across the floor. Hair in the bathtub. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Kids running up and down the hallway screaming. I ended up driving the 3.5 hours home instead of staying. Assuming no refund.

I liked the quiet aspect of the property and surrounding areas. Food and shopping were close by. (not exactly walking distance but within 1-2 miles)

Homeless people in and out of the hotel the elevators get stuck and the buttons don’t work half the time hot water for the shower gets hot and cold and sometimes not even hot at all the remote to the tv barely works lamps flicker on and off but the staff was very friendly and the breakfast bar was clean and good the building just needs to be updated

Smelled like mold and weed the 1st night, and urine the 2nd night. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned prior. Random person woke us up in the middle of the night.

For the most part it was a good clean experience. However when we first got to our room it was pretty hairy, like someone else’s hair was all in the shower all over the floors, and even in the bed. it seemed like someone brushed their hair then shook it out everywhere. Room smelled clean and staff was helpful. However, In the middle of the night, a couple down the hall started screaming bloody murder and fighting. I guess someone got hit in the head with a glass cup and started bleeding everywhere so there was glass in the hallway and blood in the elevator and it stayed there for some time until the next day when they decided to clean it up. There were 6 cops outside of that room and we had to listen to the whole ordeal go down at 1am. Not something you wanna wake up to. Not really the hotels fault just a different experience. Hard to sleep that night when thinking that some domestic violence is going on down the hall, they even had a 10 year old kid with them, cops and hotel staff didn’t do much to help them. Just sketchy behavior.

Had a very lovely experience at the hotel , very big and spacious in the lounge, food was absolutely delicious and hot ! , my room was amazing and blankets were so soft . The only thing was housekeeping walking In my room before check out and was still messing with my door which was a bit scary and funny but everything else was amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone

The shower drain does not work, the ac does not shut off and too loud, bed has stains and uncomfortable and possibly bed bugs since I had some blood stains on my shirts. Overall very poorly maintained rooms, spend a little bit extra and stay in a nicer hotel.

When I checked into the (ground level) room, a window had been left open. This seems like a pretty serious security concern. There was evidence of recent work which had not been adequately cleaned up after. Finally, guests in other rooms chatted loudly until all hours of the morning with open doors. The accommodations were otherwise lovely, just in need of a little more judicious oversight.

The breakfast was ok with limited choices. This property is dated. Floors, hall carpet has stains throughout. Ice machine dirty, sheets had stains and hair. Remote control was dirty and needed batteries.
