Good basic hotel. Very basic.

Pros: Cleanliness and friendly staff
Cons: decorating scheme. Just an accent wall here and there. A table in the bathroom. Perhaps a shower stool.
Location: I stayed here for a family funeral so didn't explore much.
Very basic, stripped down decorating scheme. Not homey. Budget style. Beds comfy. Plenty of space for families sharing one room. Nice that they have happy hour snacks and breakfast.

Front desk unfriendly, and racist attitude. Unaccomodating and poor customer service Room ac does not work and loud Bathrooms moldy Rooms stinks Terrrible hotel

Didn't get the room we booked

Upon arrival gave us run around on when we could get in. When checking in gave us the wrong room. We booked 2 queen beds and gave us king with pull out. She said because of a wedding. I booked weeks prior and had my itinerary on the room I had booked witch clearly stated that we had 2 queen beds. So after second night had to switch rooms to get what we originally booked. We had 4 people and who wants to sleep on sofa sleeper especially when the mattresse pad was covered with stains. Hot tub was cold also. I would not go back.

Amazing service, clean and comfortable

Pros: Clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast and dinner. Pool and hot tub. Location.
We rented a studio suite, which was spacious enough to accommodate our party of five. Rooms are clean, very comfortable and hotel seems like new. Dining room had a lot of seats, almost no lineups during breakfast and dinner. Hotel is located close to shops, grocery stores, and easy access to highway. Personnel was very nice and helpful. Always looking forward to returning to a Homewood Suties hotel.

The stay was relaxing and quiet. Just what I was after. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was with the Hotels.com booking. The booking was split so I was asked to vacate the afternoon of my second day. The front desk was totally helpful and polite about the situationand resolved it quickly.

Nice hotel in Littleton

Very clean. The room was spacious. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of foods for all types of palates and/or dietary requirements. I would stay here again!

Not what you may expect

When I first got in I was surprised at how uncomfortable the chairs and couch was. By the bed, near the bathroom area, I could smell hints of sewage every now and again so I kept the bathroom door shut. Then the bathroom light would just go out on it's own and then I couldn't turn it back on and then it would turn on on it's own. And then I tried to use the wifi and the directions and passwords wouldn't work. I've never had this problem in a hotel before. I felt I didn't get what I paid for.

Nice location near the foothills.

Friendly staff, beautiful and comfortable room. The only issue was the couch, the cushions sink into it when sitting on it due to the hide-a-bed, so it wasn't very comfortable.
