It is surreal and very cozy. Fireplace inside. living room attach to the kitchen overhead TV. Sunroom/man cave has TV Bose surround sound. Swamp cooler. Pool table/ping pong. I believe it’s 1300 Square feet plus pool table room. Heaters outside one in pool table room. Real Wood Fire pits and propane.
The property is completely protected with cameras to make traveler's feel safe in staying at the property.

Daughter’s Bithday Party
Property was abandoned, there were literal rusting dishes in the sink, the fish in the tank were dead, the pond and hot tub smelled rancid, and all the mattresses were stained and the sheets were all over. INSIDE we found a note that had clearly been taken off my someone else stating that the owner couldn’t contact us but they had to lwave for a family emergency and we couldn’t stay. We were stuck there for six hours until we were sble to get everyone a ride. Owner still has not answered our contact attempts.

Other reviews cited vehicles on the property which is true. I believe the keeper of the property stays in an onsite trailer when there are guests. The home is clean with everything we needed in the bath, bedrooms & kitchen. The backyard is pretty cool & there's a pool table in the garage. The location is a nice neighborhood with a school park at the end of the street & a few minute drive to downtown. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks

Nice little place
House was tidy, comfy beds, the neighborhood was quiet and super close to what I assume is the downtown area and close to grocery stores. Rich was super friendly and gave suggestions on good places to eat. :)

TRAVELER BEWARE - DO NOT BOOK THIS LISTING!
When my friend and I arrived for a girls trip, we noticed several unsettling things about this property. The garage door was open and there were abandoned cars parked in the yard. This place creeped us out so much we even called the local police department to come out to check that the premises were secure. The police told us that the door was not able to be secured from the inside and after that, we absolutely DID NOT FEEL SAFE staying there. When I reached out to Richard with our concerns and requested a cancellation and refund, he sent a barrage of nonsensical messages and noted that he had "18 cameras to make you feel secure." At the time, no surveillance devices were mentioned in the listing. I told the host it was against VRBO policy that surveillance devices be used inside a property, and the location and coverage of exterior devices must be disclosed on the property description page, he called me insecure and made an update to the listing. I have not yet received a refund but will continue to fight for one. DO NOT BOOK THIS LISTING and if you do, I’d strongly recommend checking for hidden cameras inside.

Great location, loved the backyard
Loved the backyard, was a big seller, and it's right across from a school playground and has a trail to hike there as well, no central air but with the window units and ceiling fans it stayed comfortable, there's no private pool unless you go to there local center and pay for it, but the hot tub was nice at the home. I would rent this house again. Home owners were very friendly as well.
