Was very upset with our stay, upon arrival which was around 5pm we got their and check in time was at 3pm they still had no rooms ready for us, we booked for 3 rooms and neither one was ready we waited what seemed like almost 1 hour for our rooms once getting our rooms and being charged the manager ended up charging the wrong room to the wrong person so that other person was charged twice then he said he could fix it and it would be dropped off but wouldnt recieve that refund intil 5-6 business days 🙄. Once we go to our rooms we notice they gave us the wrong rooms, the restrooms are so so small some of the lights did not turn on and the connections to connect hair dryer or straighner ect...where very loose and didnt hold the connection. We had already booked tickets to meow wolf and where almost running late due to not get our room right away so we unpacked hot ready and left, by the time we came back which was around 10ish we where so tired from our drive and the walk at meow wolf we where ready to sleep. My kids opened up the sofa bed and the sheets where dirty and it had alot of crumbs of i dont know what!!!! So i had to call front desk to let them know, so they gave us another room we had to pack up all our stuff again and move to another room. Thats everything that happened on our 1st visit and stay with hyatt which will be our last. Not to mention that i noticed i have 4 pending payments for my room 😠 so very disappointed.

We booked last minute through Expedia and the staff at the property were great and the transportation fella was super awesome! I cant rave enough about him as he remembered to come back for us at the airport! Great breakfast and clean rooms! Hopefully we will stay again. :)

The staff from registration to checkout was exceptional. The property was obviously well managed, rooms were very nice, the breakfast was very good and the small bar that was open to allow us to watch the NCAA games were well taken care of. Just an awesome experience!!

This property is nice however they need to work on the elevator. You could hear it humming LOUDLY and we were several doors down. When I checked out I let the girl know and she could care less. As I was leaving you could hear the noise and I said that’s it!! Listened to since 6 am when people go up moving for the day. Zero sleep.

The bed was like sleepi g on just a bix spring without a matress. Not sure why it was so hard. We had to take the matress off the hydabed and put it in the bed to make it even bearable.
