The hotel was great- rooms spacious- on site restaurant and coffee shop and bar- parking was easy- however I didnt like having to pay for parking thru a phone app versus at the desk at check in. Lobby had tables for sitting and water available all the time. Overall great stay.

We stay here every time we come to CO and are never disappointed. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. We even bring our Mastiff with us and they are very accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel.

Location is quiet during quiet hours for being located near a busy highway while still having good scenery. Just a few minor issues during stay however. Intermittent internet connection early in stay. Compensated with an apology letter, so if you travel for business, think twice or pack appropriately. I chose to stay here in the "Tech Center" thinking it would be cutting edge. Thankfully I brought a personal hotspot for business. Secondly, are rolling blackouts a common occurrence in Denver at 6am during the summer? The entire hotel lost power for the better part of an hour. Lastly, be aware of what is being charged to your credit card. "Hold" charges for "incidentals" were never dropped after speaking with hotel management who said they would be dropped in 3-5 days after checkout when following up on this timeline. The willingness by staff to change this hold from $250 to $50 upon check in yet still not returned two weeks after checkout is questionable business practices. Not worth the headache in trying to recover a menial amount after a 5 day stay and the room incurring no sort of damages to be justifiable.

This hotel does not accept cash and did not follow my instructions in regards to double charging my cards. The desk clerk charged a card against my will and didn’t tell me about it, making it impossible for me to use that card for rides around town in 100 degree heat, as I had planned. They also refused to help solve this problem by contacting the manager, or anyone else, when I discovered the double charge at breakfast. I will be staying only at Hilton and other hotels now.

It was a very classy hotel with lots of room and great amenities like a pool and a restaurant. If you couldn’t park on the grounds, there was a four story garage with an access corridor to the main lobby.

John the concierge was great. Got to the room. Went to put items in fridge, realized it wasn't working. Pulled cabinet away from wall to check to see if it was plugged in. That area hasn't been cleaned in years. It was plugged in just wasn't turned on. 2nd night after returning from sightseeing went to take baths,and no hot water. Wasn't up to expectations.

The staff was wonderful, very helpful. They put us in a nice quiet room at the end of the hall. Air conditioning worked good and so did the blow dryer. The water pressure was horrible and some nights there was no hot water. Otherwise everything was adequate.
