i loved my experience at this hotel. the only issue i had was able to transport from there to downtown denver. the food there was amazing big thunbs up to ivan the bartender he is not only a good drink maker he makes you feel welcomed to the hotel i hope this gets back to his manager.

Nice hotel I liked it a lot

Good hotel nice rooms and great view. The Ac kept turning off by itself idk why. But I would stay at this hotel again.

We stay at the Hyatt hotels because they seem to have beds that are not super firm, but not too soft either.

They charged us twice. In the evening I told them the hotel was already paid for and they told me they would resolve it by the morning. Upon checkout they had not even informed the incoming hotel staff or manager what the issue was. They told me they would not charge me for their own mistake, but as I checked my account this morning; they went ahead and charged me anyways. Terrible staff, not worth the price.

Short Sheets

Why would sheets be 6" short from end of bed, and not cover end of the mattress? Guess if you are not tall, you wouldn't notice but this was weird feeling, next night, same issue.

heater hard to figure out

Pros: Clean, beautiful, courteous manner, taxi readily available.
Cons: When a customer said something is wrong with the heater, at least send somebody to check it on her or his own eys.
Location: In the tech center near Denver. Nothing to do, really.
I got really bad cold over night. Not the hotel'S fault in general. My body was exhausted and overworked. I needed restful warm bed. Heater was broken. I did not know for longest time. I thought I did not ajust right. I did not wait long enough. I am ignorant of this and that. I needed to work urgently something so I concentrated on that so much that I did not notice time passed by. No extra branket or comfort in the room. I was not abte to torelate anymore at one point. Called the front desk. They said they will send an engineer in the morning. I said, I would check out 7am, I have early time meeting.I even arranged a pick up taxi at the front desk. I have been sufering since then, light cough, lots of nose dripping, slight fever, .. sickness all the way to weenkend. I should have asked for changing the room.

Great hotel for the price of the room. Room was clean and in great condition. Hotel location in a good neighborhood.

Great hotel in the Denver Tech Center

Cons: Room rate should include parking fee
Location: Pizza Rustica was a good find ~ 3 miles from the hotel.
Great staff and hotel is conveniently located in the Denver Tech Center.

The pay is a lie

They say the room is 102 u get there they charge u just to park on they property when u already paying for the room 13 dollars when u getvthe same comfort plus a jacuzzi & free parking @ quality inn never again will i choose this place staff lied and said they wouldn't charge my parking abd deducted 10 from my deposit liars bad service
