Great Hotel with view of the Mountains

Pros: The hotel and its restaurant were great.
Cons: The lighting in the room above the bed and in the bathroom could be imporved.
Location: Great location
The hotel was located is a very nice area. It was near shopping centers, stores, and restaurants. Everyone was so helpful.

Great location. and Staff

Pros: Location , Staff and the restaurant
Cons: No
Location: The Hotel was centrally located to a great Mall and nearby great small shops and restaurants.
We had a wonderful time. The hotel had a great location, close to shopping and great restaurants. The staff was helpful in every way. We look forward to returning to the Marriott at Cherry Creek Soon.

Worth every penny spent! Can't wait for next time!

I had a marvelous stay. I had my husky, Freckles, with me and everyone went out of their way to make her feel as important as one of their favorite guests. The staff takes pride in their hospitality and it shows. Lots of smiles, always helpful, and just a fun group of people. I scheduled this trip to recover from a very hectic drag racing schedule and I couldn't have picked a better hotel.

No need to tip

Pros: They accept animals.
Location: It is in a very upscale area; however, I was visiting family so I did not take advantage of the sites.
The JW is immaculate, high-end and beautiful. There is no parking so you have to use their valet service which is $41/night. Room service has 21% + added to the bill, so no need to tip.

Checked in after we experienced a massive water leak in our home. I had two very tired kids under 4-years-old and a husband who was out of town. We booked a room for $349 ($400 after taxes plus valet) and the room was covered in dust. The walls (I have pics but don't know how to include them) The nightstand (clock radio, phone, lamp), desk and dresser holding the tv looked like it hadn't been cleaned in some time. Both of the double beds were poorly made...the sheets were untucked at both the bottoms and the sides. There were black marks in two pillows...guessing mascara stains??? There was a puddle of dried chocolate ice cream or something that looks similar, on the night stand. We are all exhausted and my kids need to eat dinner and desperately need to go to sleep or I would change hotels. When I called the front desk, they agreed to switch is to another room which we did, but that room was equally as dusty and I was given the excuse that they "don't wipe certain things down" I then asked "how can you not notice THIS much dust where I could write my name in it?. It's disgusting!" They had to "hold" our food because we were stuck waiting for a 3rd room change and didn't know where it would be. Once they "inspected" the 3rd room (on a VIP floor) the gentleman at the front desk said we would be moved, our room service would be waiting for us there and they would take care of our dinner- which was a nice gesture BUT not equivalent to the level of inconvenience of waiting.
