Concert Planner

Posted Aug 18, 2015
Pros: Proximity to the concert venue. 2.2 miles away
Cons: Warmer pool temperature with towels available on site.
Location: Near Target and lots of restaurants
Chose the hotel because it was short distance to nearby venue. Learned that there are others even closer for near the same price range. Hotel was average. Pool towels are obtained at front desk for a reason. ???

Nice Hotel close to the interstate

Posted Aug 18, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness, comfort.
Cons: It was somewhat noisy because of the proximity to the interstate.
Location: Lots of restaurants, shopping, golf course. Mountains.
I stayed three nights. Excellent continental breakfasts. Lots of hotel amenities. Room was clean and comfortable.

Never stay here!

Posted Aug 14, 2015
This hotel needs new management or to close. La Quinta better give it attention ASAP before something awful happens. It was disgustingly filthy & feels unsafe. Something sketchy going on out back all night & food/trash strewn all over the property. Doors slamming all night & the "operation" out back going on under our window all night. Huge, huge, huge disappointing way to end our family vacation. Breakfast-lame & filthy. Broken fountain in the lobby. The pool heater was broken & hot tub (broken) covered with moldy cover. Trash EVERYWHERE. Exit signs broken off in the hallway & crushed food in carpets at entry ways, elevator & 4th floor. The whole place is trashed. The staff doesn't care & is of NO help. Denver tech center is a favorite spot for us & we will NEVER go back. It was gross & unsafe.

Horrible Place

Posted Aug 3, 2015
Got to the room and the air conditioning was not working. My husband went to get someone so I went to the bathroom and there was hair everywhere. Went and sat at the desk and there was sticky stuff on it. Not a clean room at all. Asked for a different room, got into it and it had hair everywhere. Ended up just leaving and going to get a room somewhere else.

Nice hotel just south of Downtown Denver

Posted Jul 31, 2015
The staff was very friendly, check in/out was easy...the housekeeping staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall we had a great stay, the only thing we didn't like was the double doors to the bathroom and no vent fan in the bathroom either. We loved the the fact that you had a guest laundry and fitness center.

nice place - poor service

Posted Jul 29, 2015
Pros: This hotel is very clean both the grounds and the interior. The rooms and showers are clean and comfortable.
Cons: Better service, maybe a breakfast attendant like other hotels offer.
I stayed here for 4 days in July and although this place is really nice the front desk isn't very helpful. They have only "1" waffle maker for about a 100 people having breakfast and every morning they were out of syrup! HOW CAN YOU BE OUT OF SYRUP WITH "1" WAFFLE MAKER? I asked the front desk for more syrup and she said "I'll let the manager know" after 30 minutes I/we threw out the waffles and went to the IHOP next door. of the 4 days we stayed there they were out of milk and syrup and had to ask the frond desk for restocking and had to wait for 15-30 minutes for anyone to show up.

Excellent

Had an awesome time playing in the courtyard all day long. We didn't even want to go explore Denver. If I had one suggestion, maybe setting up a couple grills in the courtyard so that you could definitely have the backyard experience as if you were home.
