Worst!

Posted Jan 10, 2017
Cons: Clean the rooms and change the sheets! toilet paper would be nice!
Location: This Hotel is 5 min. walking distance from Coors Field and 15min walk from Union Station, meaning it is in downtown.
I can start by saying the staff was very nice. That being said, The facilities and the room were old and smelly. The room was dirty with stains in the carpet and the walls. The bed sheets looked like if they haven't been changed in a week! The place looks like a "pay by the hour Motel"

Nice hotel just close to a lot of noise

Posted Dec 15, 2016
Pros: Location
Cons: Sound proof
Location: Great, by Coors Field.
The hotel's location was a pro and a con, pro because it was right downtown, easy to go anywhere. Con because it was loud all night because of traffic/partygoers/construction, you name it.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you were unable to sleep. The hotel is near the railway, and adjacent to downtown, so there can be some exterior noise that we are unable to control. We do offer ear plugs at the front desk if needed. Jason P General Manager

Do NOT stay here

Posted Nov 13, 2016
This was a last minute booking, but being LA Quinta I was not worried...boy was I wrong. The desk clerk mumbled when spoken to, I could not make out what was being said. The room was nasty. I don't think the carpet has ever been cleaned. The bathroom was disgusting, the tub was dirty. The bed was beyond uncomfortable, the sheets were so worn you could see through them. The overall appearance was shabby. If I thought I could have gotten another room at a different hotel I would have left.

Cheap and close to downtown.

Posted Nov 10, 2016
Cheap and close to downtown. Worn carpet, not an "original" La Quita. All other downtown hotels start at $300.00.

Room was dirty and run down.

Posted Nov 7, 2016
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: It was run down and dirty.
Hotel rooms had 1 accent wall that was freshly painted and had new head boards attached. Rest of the room was dirty and the paint was chipping. Completely deceived by the accent wall which is what they use for their room photos.

Josh, Thank you for your feedback. All La Quinta's have the same design with a different colored accent wall in the room. I apologize that you felt the rest of the room was dirty because of this, but I will make sure to share your comments with housekeeping. Jason P General Manager

George, Thank you for your comments. Our hotel is older, but offers many more amenities than the Motel 6, such as complimentary WIFI, complimentary breakfast and a leading returns program. I would hope that in future travels, you would again choose La Quinta. Jason P General Manager

Disappointing for a LaQuinta

Posted Nov 5, 2016
Pros: The price for Halloween weekend and they accept pets.
Cons: Very dirty...needs some TLC in all areas. Staff not friendly.
Location: Close to downtown and nearby stadium.
