Good location

We booked this hotel for Rockies Home Opener so that we could stay nearby and not have to head home after all the festivities. It is in a great location in terms of proximity, Coors Field and downtown Denver, a 10 min walk across Park Ave. The rooms were clean however somewhat out dated and they smelled like old lingering cigarette smoke. The hotel is labeled all non-smoking but I wonder if the smell is stuck in the carpet or walls. Not a bad option if you don't spend too much time inside the room.

Close to downtown but very dirty

The hotel was extremely dirty. The bed sheets on both beds were full of dog hair. The bathroom had hair all over it. The tub was disgusting. We will never stay here again.

Terrible experience

Hairs all over bathroom floor. Floor was sticky. Hair stuck to bathroom mirror. Carpet was horribly stained. Toilet ran ever 30 min. Man came into our room from adjoining room. Sat up in bed and he saw me and left. Room smelled. I had to clean the toilet before I used it. Did not shower because of the filthy room.

Pros: This particular hotel needs a lot of work to upgrade. Also needs a small refrigerator.
Cons: needs a face lift
Location: near a gas station and a pub
The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was very disappointing compared to other LaQuintas we have stayed in. This particular room the outside door was bent as if it had been kicked in. The bathroom was dirty and the door had holes in it.

Great location near downtown not much else

Pros: Location
Cons: New beds, carpets, bathrooms in drastic need of updating.
Location: Very close to downtown (Denver Art Museum, Capital, 16th Street Mall area etc.)
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were just old and terrible. The hotel overall is just very run down. Also there are train tracks very nearby so if you are a light sleeper, you won't sleep.

Don't stay

Over charged me, didn't take dirty towels, stank, deadbolt didn't work, elevator didn't work, printer didn't work front desk was rude, no cots like the website said.

More like a cheap motel

Heard the traffic and sirens all night. Elevator was broke. Bathroom was dirty. TV was difficult to turn on and off. Bed was uncomfortable.
