Denver airport hotel

Pros: Non smoking, clean.
Cons: Shuttle frequency. Saw all the other hotel shuttles go by 2 and sometimes 3 times before La Quinta shuttle finally arrived.
Very long wait for the shuttle fron Denver airport. Magnetic keys did not function properly even after being reprogrammed. Lost lots of time going back to reception several times to fix problem Breakfast buffet mediocre. Walls so thin, could hear television next room past midnight.

All about location, not about service.

Very convenient to airport travel, but the hotel was dealing with some issue that resulted in noisy fans in the hall just outside. The fans ran all through the night, which had a negative impact on the quality of our sleep. At the very least I would have expected to be made aware of the issue at check-in, and/or offered an apology for the noise and inconvenience. This lack of concern strikes me as a bit unprofessional. Too bad, as I've had great stays at other LaQuinta properties.

Consrution Repairs Ruin My Stay.

Sheets soiled, room coffee undrinkable, shower cold. Messy Halls loud with huge consrution fans & terrible smell.I should have been made aware hotel was under repair.

Fantastic Week end!

Pros: Great staff, nice clean room, great customer service!
Location: Easy to find and lots of good eating places!!!
The hotel staff were the best! Very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay at this motel again. What a great experience. Other hotels should take lessons from La Quinta staff in customer service!

Pros: The rooms were new and clean. They had a modern look that we all enjoyed.
Location: Free shuttle transfers to the airport was nice.
It was a very nice, new hotel. We stayed for one night before our 8 am flight to Cancun. Shuttles were on time, I was able to leave my car at the hotel during our stay. Everything went smooth.

This property is under serious construction despite a normal appearance from the outside. Avoid noisy activity, off-limits areas, limited elevator access, etc by making sure that the project is complete before you arrive.

Noise

It was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. You could hear everything from the hallway and the next door room. We complain and got a much nicer room. But still we were able to hear everything from the hallway.. Not worst for what I paid.. Never again

Nice hotel close to the airport
