All about location, not about service.

Very convenient to airport travel, but the hotel was dealing with some issue that resulted in noisy fans in the hall just outside. The fans ran all through the night, which had a negative impact on the quality of our sleep. At the very least I would have expected to be made aware of the issue at check-in, and/or offered an apology for the noise and inconvenience. This lack of concern strikes me as a bit unprofessional. Too bad, as I've had great stays at other LaQuinta properties.
