Unprofessional and Poor Quality of Service

Overall, I was very disappointed in my stay at the La Quinta hotel in Lakewood. The hotel lacked amenities and information about the surrounding area. The staff required the guests to do more work than they were willing to do, at one point I was asked to come down to the front desk to gather the things I had asked for because the front desk agent believed, "it would just be easier for me". Overall I just expected a much nicer stay than I received. The room was not clean, it looked as if dirt was just shoved in a corner so no one would see it.
