OK hotel

Pros: Just OK, big rooms
Cons: Beds, breakfast, coffee bar 24/7 with flavored creamers.
Breakfast OK not great. No 24/7 coffee bar. No coffee creme options except white creme. Bed gave wife a massive headache. Hampton Inn and Suites we stayed at earlier in the week was way better in all regards of my review.

Check in was convenient, professional. All questions were graciously answered. All staff I spoke with were friendly, helpful. Was amazed with space in the room, and decor was fresh and lively...not stereotypical. Also appreciated the Bible available in the room. I will DEFINITELY think La Quinta next time I travel. Thank you.

Pros: Pleasing layout and aesthetics. Very well appointed for biz traveler.
I've been traveling to Lakewood on biz a lot and have stayed in 4 other similarly priced hotels. This is the best.

Unprofessional and Poor Quality of Service

Pros: The location was close to food and activities.
Cons: A lot. The staff, the cleanliness, the amenities in the hotel, poor quality of service.
Location: There are many restaurants and a shopping mall around the area. Very much business oriented though.
Overall, I was very disappointed in my stay at the La Quinta hotel in Lakewood. The hotel lacked amenities and information about the surrounding area. The staff required the guests to do more work than they were willing to do, at one point I was asked to come down to the front desk to gather the things I had asked for because the front desk agent believed, "it would just be easier for me". Overall I just expected a much nicer stay than I received. The room was not clean, it looked as if dirt was just shoved in a corner so no one would see it.

Pros: Good location and easy access to freeway, friendly staff
Cons: Breakfast could be better. Noise from highway and odor in hallway.

Location: Old Chicago chain within walking distance. Convenient for earlynitecaps but closes 2 early 4 business travelers to entertain clients.
Very well kept, close to day to day conveniences, very professional staff, good breakfast bar, and safe parking/well-lit entryways.

dirty and loud

Location: Relatively good location
The room itself was dirty, and the AC unit so loud that it couldn't be left on at night or else I couldn't sleep
