This hotel is o.k. Reception was lukewarm at best. We always seek out dog friendly places to stay when we travel. Unfortunately there is no close area to bring the dogs to potty that has grass and is safe. The room was clean, but no extras like fridge, coffee, ice bucket or glasses. Whenever the heat or a/c comes on it is extremely loud and woke us up. We travel to Denver every month and will not stay here again.

Chris at the front desk was absolutely lovely! So helpful and made my stay at Magnolia smooth and easy. The views and the mattress were great and I would definitely stay here again in Denver!!

Very nice staff and clean room and surroundings. Love that coffee shop Fluid was also very good service and good coffee. Would definitely visit Magnolia again.

Half of the outlets didn’t work. All 3 elevators were not running at one point- and then when they got 1 working it still was having issues. We were on the 11th floor.

Elevators being down were a major problem. At one point all three were down and made for a difficult day. Need a water station somewhere more convenient than the fitness center and the little water pitcher in the lobby. Bar staff were very annoyed when we asked to fill our bottles on Saturday eve.

When we arrived we were told parking would cost an additional $30 if we park on our own or $58 if we use their parking service. Additionally, the staff was lack luster, the room was clean enough, but I noticed dust bunnies around the perimeter of the room. The toilet paper was extremely cheap and the elevator felt tenuous at best. Will most likely not stay here again.

Nice and historical and great amenities. Took all day however to address most of their elevators being down during a busy conference week and even then they just put up a sign at very end of the day.

I booked this room because the pictures looked nice and clean. The room needed a deep clean and the bathroom set up was completely different than the pictures. The water from the shower completely dried up my skin it just wasn’t enjoyable

The African American women at the check in counter was very rude to me and my children, she was mugging them and rolling her eyes at my 6 year old daughter when they went to the lobby to get a cookie. I really didn’t appreciate that nor did my daughter deserve to be treated that way.

This is a nice business hotel but definitely not a unique boutique hotel. We appreciated the room size and extra space it provided but there was nothing special in the decor or design of the rooms. The closet space was very limited, more designed for a limited stay. The bar, restaurant area was basic more sports bar than lounge area. Decent for the price
