Good Location

Pros: Location, location, location.
Location: Downtown. Night life. Sixteenth Street Mall. Civics.
Good location for going out downtown. Can walk everywhere, or you're very close to public transportation. Hotel provides a complimentary shuttle within a two mile radius of hotel. Wifi is free, and there is a cookie bar in the evening. Some things to keep in mind- no mini fridge in rooms, $38 for valet parking with option to leave and come back, and the only ice machine is on the 3rd floor. Considering Denver hotels, this is a good option given all things. We would come back.

Not that great

Our first room was full of trash so we were transferred to an "upgrade" which was the same type of room with a smaller TV. The bathroom sink was clogged and slow draining and the heat would not go above 67*. I would not stay here again.

The public transit train started coming right below our window(super loud bells etc), waking us up VERY early. No exhaust in the bathroom.

Christmas in Denver 2016

Pros: The convenient location
Cons: Better coffee.
Location: 16th street mall, shopping
The Magnoila was ok, the front desk staff was very nice and the doormen were very helpful! The breakfast was good but the coffee was kinda weak. The room was nice and clean and seemed recently remodeled but the Windows were still old and were very drafty. The heat was very loud and noise from the train made it difficult to sleep thru the night. Disappointed with the offer that the staff suggested we "go green" and forego the daily maid service and they would in return give us some credits to use at the bar-we did not get any thing.

Nice hotel close to everything

Clean hotel, close to everything. Free cookies and milk at night and free breakfast in the morning. Friendly staff, spotless hotel. Just what I would expect from a Magnolia hotel. The city of Denver in the winter and the Magnolia hotel. What a combination. And this is from a 62 year old man that never writes a review. Merry Christmas! David and Darren

Pet friendly. Clean and cool looking hotel! Staff very friendly and helpful. Great prices.

From the moment you walk into the lobby you know you have found a great place to stay. Comfortable room. Great amenities and the staff...well they are superb. Im definitely staying here again!

Too expensive

For what the room cost it wasn't the best, you're paying to be downtown pretty much. I have had better quality in rooms at the Hilton Inn or even Holiday Inn. This place was low budget BUT high pricing

Nice hotel friendly staff just pray you don't have a noisy neighbor and a connected room with a door. My girlfriend and I were awoken at 3:30am by noisy neighbors. We could literally hear every word they were saying. We called the front desk to have them quite down. Desk told us that security has a three strike rule. 30 min later called desk back neighbors are ridiculous at 4am. Ended up calling the front desk 3 times and they did nothing to quite these inconsiderate sons of b's down. We checked our at 5 am and drove home. Thankfully we got reimbursed, wish we didn't have a conjoined room with very little sound control and a worthless security staff.

Beautiful hotel

During our trip, we experienced nothing but the best at Magnolia Hotel. Each morning started with a delicious breakfast, and each night ended with happy hour and milk and cookies. Not only were the amenities awesome, but the room was beautiful and so relaxing. The location of the hotel is close to everything. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Denver.
