Good choice in Lone Tree

Pros: Clean, comfortable room.
Cons: Larger fitness area and increase hot tub temperature a bit.
Location: Located near great restaurants and shopping.
Hotel location was great and was very well maintained. All around goof hotel experience during three day stay.

No maids!

They never cleaned our room! When I called front desk they said they only had 1 maid and the hoek wad full! I would never stay there again! I saw other hotel guests emptying their trash! Pathetic :(

Close to I 25

Lobby & main floor look great. Room 537 had some issues: 1) door to bathroom if shut all the way would lock you inside, so hopefully someone is with you to open it up. 2) a tri fold or some kind of advertising left on bed was water damaged on the back of it. 3) pool towels small & well used. I have always thought of Marriott has having very high standards & not your average Best Western, but I am no expert. Hospitality was very good.

Very nice hotel good location for my situation

The first two days were well,comfort,service,etc. But on my last night there was a continuous loud noise throughout the nightime. The front desk was informed but the noise continued, making it very difficult to get any sleep. So I checked out early

Convenient to the metro, shopping, restaurants with easy access to interstate. Quite comfortable rooms, great breakfast buffet, helpful and pleasant staff, and overall fabulous experience.

Construction and maintenance

My recent stay has nothing to do with the staff. They were awesome. Which made this a 2 star rating and not 1. For starters my reservation somehow got messed up. It Was booked for another month than what I had booked it for. This caused my rate to jump to over 200 a night. Expedia helped and fixed this while I was on vacation in another city. Second, there was construction going on the 3rd floor where I stayed. No notice of this, no pardon our dust. Just the sound of drills and hammers at 8 in the morn. Third, I look for hotels with pools and spas. After a long day I do enjoy a hot tub soak. To my dismay as I went to the pool, it was drained with a sign up saying pool and spa under construction. Would have been nice if someone would have told me. This would have resulted in me staying elsewhere. Walls are thin in this hotel and you can here doors slamming and people talking in hallway at midnight. Generally I don't see this from Marriott hotels. The staff was nice enough to wave my $9.95 internet wifi fee. Which is usually included at most places I have stayed. Hotel was clean, room was nice, bed was large. Bathroom seem to be newly remodeled. Restaurant and bar were nice with a Starbucks at the hotel.

Not Marriott quality

Very thin walls, heard everything including drawers closing next door. Plumbing was loud, toilet ran at odd times. Just a noisy experience. They are renovating, so hopefully that improves these things. Great, helpful staff. Good location close to Park Meadows mall & I25

Small Improvements Could Make it Much Better

Pros: Staff, cleanliness and location were the top factors.
Cons: Lighting in the Bathrooms. Closet doors that stay open. Better pillows.
The hotel is beautiful, staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful.

The stay was ok. Easy to get to and the staff was pleasant. The room itself was a bit run down and the tv is so insanely that you have to turn it on, do something else for several minutes and then come back to it once it finally pulls up cable. Switching channels took forever to load as well. The pool had a really rough bottom so it's good if you want to do short laps but if you are looking to play int he pool, it will cut your feet up something fierce. The hot tub was disgusting...stained and incredibly dirty. The bed was hard and the pillows went completely flat as soon as you put your head on them. This hotel was ok in a pinch but it wasn't all that great. Oh, and be prepared to be gouged for breakfast. $20 per person for the breakfast buffet and no free contintal breakfast. The continental breakfast was $13 per person.
