Pit Stop Near Denver

Pros: The front desk staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs.
Cons: The cleanliness could be improved in the rooms. The hallways could use more lighting.
Location: Very close to the city and easy to get to.
It's quaint and 5 minutes from the City. Not the most clean and smelled like smoke throughout the hotel. Not a place you should take your children. Priced decently for being so close to the City.

Nice and Quiet Hotel. Not far from downtown.

Pros: Its Quietness.
Location: I was in Denver to visit a relative (an old lady). We did walk at the popular 16th st. which I liked it very much. Was only 10 min drive from z hotel
I was actually out almost the whole day. But in general i liked the Hotel very much, it was right to my expectation.

Good Value Hotel

Pros: Nice size, low key but friendly and attentive staff
Location: Not far from Downtown Denver, but does require car or you can use free shuttle. Drivers are very friendly and will pick you up as soon as possible.
Friendly staff, clean and great sized rooms. Also handy shuttle bus takes guests into town, also pick you up.

Ok for one night

The hotel was just ok for an overnight stay during our road trip. We booked 2 rooms and the entire floor 7 smelled like stale smoke in the hallways. It was such a cold night and we couldn't get warm water to come from the showers in either of the rooms. When it did get warm it would turn cold right away and lose pressure. Breakfast was fine with just the basics. I wouldn't recommend this hotel fif you plan to stay more than one night, but is ok if you're just passing through.

Pros: The breakfast
Cons: customer service needs to be improved
Location: 16th street mall (shopping and eating) Pepsi center (NBA basketball game)
the drivers was horrible and UNPROFESSIONAL. The ride was uncomfortable due to their conversations and cussing. Also other workers took up seats in the van which I fell guest should have gotten those seats first as paid guest and the workers could have waited. This was my 4th time in this hotel and I promise after this experience its hard for me to come back or even recommend to anyone else. The only way I will stay at this hotel again if its the lowest price. front desk staff only offered certain guest a welcome package. When I checked in I didn't get any welcome package but then the next day I seen someone who was checking in and they offered them a welcome package. From my perspective this only means that all guest isnt treated equally. The room was cleaned BUT the tub wasn't drainning properly. It felt like you was taking a bath and a shower all at the same time due to the water not draining properly.
