Airport location

Location: Denver created an isolated island of airport-related facilities. Too bad but it is a given. This hotel is nice and probably is the most reasonable in
A pleasant hotel. Pleasant staff. Early breakfast for the airport crowd.

Early morning flight

Our room was very big and spacious, very clean. We ended up with a suite so had two tv's. The only issue in the room was that the tv in the bedroom didn't work at all, which was okay, we could watch the other one.

Unimpressive but cheap

Pros: Cheap, close to the airport and free airport shuttle.
Cons: The staff could use an update on customer service and positive attitude. Carpets need replacing.
Location: Ruby Tuesday a block away where you can get a passable salad.
It was fine but unimpressive. Close to the airport with van transport and cheap. The staff is not very friendly or helpful but not big problems.

Overnight stay before early morning flight to DIA

Pros: Location to airport Nice hotel Clean rooms Great staff Free and timely shuttle Great complimentary breakfast

Great experience. Had overnight stay before catching an early flight to DIA. The hotel was great, the staff very helpful and the free shuttle service was an added plus. The driver was on time and very helpful. Good experience.

Angela Close to DIA

Pros: It was close to DIA
When I booked this hotel I booked for two queen beds and we only had one queen bed and a pull out sofa bed. When we checked in we went to our room and the keys didn't work. When we checked out the next morning the front desk lady explained to us that we had been given the wrong room. When we took the shuttle to the airport it only stopped at one area of the airport and nobody on our shuttle were flying out on the side of the airport.

Nice hotel but get there early for breakfast

Pros: bed was comfortable, room was clean and staff was pleasant
Cons: serve breakfast until 11:00 am and don't run out of items by 9:30 am. There is not enough parking either. I had to park in the street.
Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The only complaint that I had was they ran out of items for breakfast by 9:30 am. I asked if they had more eggs or waffle batter, but they did not. By 10:30 am, they cleaned the breakfast bar, and you couldn't get anything else. I overheard the manager tell the staff that when they run out of breakfast items (such as eggs and waffle batter), they need to make more of it. In my case, they didn't do that, and it was disappointing.

Great location to Denver airport

We had a great stay and enjoyed our night there. Only thing was that the hot tub wasn't hot and the internet was a bit wonky at times. I had a hard time checking into my flight for the next day. But the room was great and bed really comfy.

Great stop for Denver airport!!

This is my favorite hotel on the tower road/airport area thus far. Clean, quiet, free breakfast and parking, shuttle to airport. When our flight was canceled for snow, they easily booked us another room even though we had heard that everywhere was already booked full. Great customer service!
