Clean, convenient but room was very noisy.

Pros: The room was well appointed and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a good value. The staff did a good job.
Cons: The rooms are adequately insulated for sound, the outside door needs to be adjusted so closes quietly and the locks are difficult to operate.
Location: The location is convient to I 25 and downtown without the highway noise and hassle of downtown.
The room was well appointed and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a good value. And I was able to use the computer whenever I wanted. The staff was polite and helpful. The problem was the noise. Every time the outside door closed it could be clearly heard in our room. We received a mystery wake up call at 450 am. and we could hear other people speaking in the next room. This is a nice place to stay if sleep is not important.

Horrible

Urine stain on the comforter, bathroom disgusting (pubes on the facet), refrigerator didn't work, the in-room alarm clock was set and locked to a time I had no intention of waking up to, carpets are torn, burned, stained, and absolutely filthy.

Good place to stay and improving

We stayed here because all the Best Westerns in the area were booked already. The initial impression was that of a little chaos because they are remodeling the front entry lobby area. New sheet rock not yet painted, wires hanging, machines moved away from the walls, etc. That's expected during a renovation no matter how small. The room was clean and very comfortable except that the air conditioning didn't seem to clear out the stuffiness from the room. The phone button for Front Desk didn't work so I let them know. The breakfast area was nice as usual and the normal selection of foods was available. Overall a very nice stay, however, it's a little to far from UC Boulder where our daughter attends so I'm booking earlier next time.

Cons: The breakfast and pool.
Good price through Expedia. Room was nice, beds comfortable and clean room. Breakfast could be a bit better. Pool needs fixing. Otherwise, very nice and helpful staff.

we didn't get much sleep here, the walls were thin and we could hear the people in the room next to us fighting for awhile. finally got tired of it at 11pm and called the front desk. the hotel or someone else calied the police and they arrived by midnight and ended up hauling one of the occupants to jail. staff was very nice but based on my restless night and bad experience with neighbors I wouldn't stay here again

Room condition

Stayed 4 nights. The first morning we found that the shower curtain was 2 in too short and water went onto floor. They replaced it. The carpets were dirty and frayed. The second day were were shorted to only one wash cloth and no shower mat. On top of everything else the king size bed was long past it's life. There was a deep depression on my side. I won't stay there again.

Comfortable, inviting

Pros: Met my needs well.
Cons: The lighting in the room could have been brighter.
Location: Convenient access off the interstate. Was visiting family, so didn't take in nearby activities.
The hotel had nice features, like a variety of pillow firmness options, microwave and fridge, and a comfortable bed. The breakfast selections allowed good choices. Convenient access to amenities.
