Dirty room

I checked into my room and the first one provided for me look as if no one has cleaned it at all it took over 45 minutes to get someone to come up to the room. I finally had to call a second time and requested to change my room. This is my first time to Denver and I wished I picked better hotel.

Very nice hotel for a few days.

Pros: Friendly staff, home baked cookies in lobby, clean rooms. Breakfast was very good, hot food not just bakery items.
Nice clean place. Breakfast is good, so is hotel location. Walk over to Station Twenty Six brewing company for good microbrew beer.

Convenient to our son's house.

Pros: Breakfast area
Cons: Needs updating
Confusing getting to the parking lot.Came in the back way by Chick Filet. Smoke alarm needed a battery and the hair dryer starting smoking, but the staff was very accommodating. Our room was not made up twice.

Terrible "service"

Pros: Quality Inn is usually a decent hotel, and this one was near the airport. I guess it depends on the management, this one does not prioritize customers.
Cons: I accidentally booked the wrong date and even though I realized my mistake a week before my stay, the manager would not allow me to change the date. I ended up eating the full cost of the room even though I wasn't able to keep my reservation. Legally, they had the right to do this, but ethically? What a horrible way to do business.

Ok hotel

Pros: Older hotel but rooms were clean. As was the lobby
Cons: Bed was too hard. Husband couldn't check in because room wasnot in his name. I had to be there to check in.

Dirty carpet

Location: Great location, very short drive to most of places we planed to visit and to downtown Denver.
The only down point about the hotel is the cleanliness of carpet in the room. It was filthy and it is a big deal for us because of have little kids who love to play in the floor, even when told 100 times not to! The sheets and towels were very clean, no complaint at all about that. But I'm sure the hotel could invest a little more in cleaning the carpet amores often.

Pros: The morning breakfast was very good. Nice to be able to spend less money on eating out.
Location: Close proximity to restaurants and shopping. Easy to find.
Room was adequate. Could have had better lighting. TV picture was fuzzy. Had to go next door hotel to watch baseball playoffs. I've slept in less comfortable beds, but these were okay.

We stayed here for 5 nights. Overall it was an ok hotel. Staff was really nice. Hotel was really clean. Lobby was very nice. Only problems we had was our room didn't get cleaned one night and our neighbor smoked pot ever night, which flowed into our room. That's not the hotels fault just bad luck for us.
