Checked in and went to room. No remote for TV. Called front desk 3 times trying to get a remote. After almost an hour I finally get one and it worked one time to change the channel and wouldn't work again. Told front desk when I was checking out and they weren't concerned about it at all. Will not stay at this chain ever again.
