Pros: Clean and welcoming. Very comfortable. They kindly allowed us to leave our baggage while we did our sightseeing and then were able to return for it
Location: LIked that it was close to the downtown area where we wanted to do our sightseeing. Went to the Molly Brown House and the Fornay Museum of Trans.
We got there late in the evening as we were coming in on Amtrak. I called and the woman answering was very welcoming and assured me that she would be waiting for us. True to her word, she was not only waiting but encouraged us to have wine and tea while she explained the system there. Lovely woman. The cook in the morning was a nice young man who made us feel very special. Great place!! Betsy and Howard

Great location nice stayPosted Oct 16, 2015
Pros: Great location. We walked to many destinations with no problem. Food was great and staff was great. No problems with parking in the back.
We were in Denver on vacation for the first time. This was our first B&B experience.

Environmentally friendly, fabulous lodgingPosted Oct 16, 2015
Pros: Everything. I'll stay there again, I hope.
Cons: Bathroom sink didn't drain fast enough. Not a big deal.
We stayed in a room with extraordinary murals on the walls, and I think all the rooms have different original art on the walls. Very clean, lovely room. We were greeted by an extremely helpful woman who showed us the flower garden with tables and chairs, the dining room for breakfast (waffles with fresh fruit), and our wonderful room. No looming black flat screen TV. The sheets are organic cotton, the bath products have organic ingredients, and the atmosphere is upscale comfortable. Lots of beautiful local art in the public rooms. And there's a small park across the quiet, narrow street. If you want a trendy, chic hotel with severe furniture and stainless steel chairs, this is not for you. The hotel is located within walking distance of the free shuttle on 16th street, or call a cab for a $7.00 ride to a choice of terrific restaurants in the Larimer/Blake Street area.

Great location, fun atmosphere!Posted Oct 14, 2015
We really enjoyed our stay. We checked in and there was happy hour going on with cheese, wine and other treats. We stayed in the Aspen room which was beautiful. There are minor 3 downsides to the room. 1) watch your head, the angles of the room leave you with low headspace in some spots. 2) The shower is tiny. 3) the room could use another mirror besides the one in the bathroom. The staff was amazing, the location is perfect, and the price was right. we'd certainly stay here again! Oh, breakfast was very well done!

Pros: beautiful old home nicely restored very fun decor and great facility
Cons: While they said there was parking, in the 3 nights and 4 days I was there I never was able to score one of the parking spots.
Location: the location is not optimal, There were homless people sleeping across the street in park and somewhat sketchy cars around, I had to park onthestreet

A funky friendly placePosted Aug 30, 2015
Pros: Charm, character, and friendliness all at an extremely reasonable price.
Cons: Hard to imagine how the hotel or service could be better.
Location: Location is a little out of the central city, but still within easy walking (20 - 30 minutes).
This hotel was a very different, but lovely oasis in Denver focusing on a homely feel including happy hours, and communal breakfast tables to share conversation and experiences with other guests. Staff were superbly helpful and obliging, and the hotel itself oozed character being based around a beautiful old home constructed in the 1800's.

Within walking distance of Coors fieldPosted Aug 29, 2015
Clean and nice room. Staff was impatient and too busy to answer questions so you have to know about the surrounding area beforehand, but the facility was beautiful and close to our venue.

Best B & B in DemverPosted Aug 29, 2015
We have stayed at Queen Ann's B&B twice while visiting Denver. They offer great hospitality, fresh cooked breakfast and one of a kind rooms. I highly recommend that you stay here on your next trip to Denver.
