Comfortable room for a weary traveler

Really nice hotel. Bed was great. Bathrooms clean. All around had a good, comfortable feel. Will stay there next time I'm in Denver.

We missed our flight due to avalanche and had to get a room quick around midnight. Nothing about our stay could have been better. It was great stay.

Great hotel

My family stayed here on 12/18/16. We flew out of Denver airport very early the next morning. The hotel was amazing! Very clean, nice rooms and friendly helpfull staff. They arranged for the shuttle to pick us up and drop at the airport. We left our car there for an entire week. The shuttle picked us up at the airport and brought us back to the hotel with no problems at midnight on christmas eve. If you are flying in and out of DIA then I would highly recommend this hotel as my family and I will be staying here again. Also, it was neg 13 degrees with 9 inches of snow that night. There is a great diner in the parking lot so we didnt even have to go out for dinner in the bad weather and the HOT TUB!!! was amazing after walking back in the freezing cold.

Maid service not so great

The front desk was knowledgeable and nice the maid however came and pounds on my door 10 mins before checkout time to make sure I was going to be leaving! They weren't full so it was all about wanting me out of there way. Not cool!

My go-to Denver Hotel

Pros: Great Customer Service by all of the staff I can in contact with. Great room, Excellent standard of cleanliness and comfort.
Location: There are lots of ideas of things to do locally depending on the length of your stay. also there is a diner just over the road that needs checking out
After several very long flights this was an oasis of calm and comfort. I had a very long 23 hours of travel, (arriving at the hotel about 11.20 pm) so was delighted to enter the hotel to be greeted by a warm, seasonal environment, The member of staff at reception was welcoming and courteous. Check in was completed very quickly I should point our that I had called the hotel prior to leaving home to check on the airport and shuttle and again at the airport, speaking to a different member of staff each time both times my queries were dealt with excellent customer service. my room was excellent, cleanliness was excellent. and this must be the only one of the very few hotels that I have pre-booked where they had turned on one of the end table lights prior to my arrival. It was really nice to enter a hotel room without having to battle with turning on the lights and juggle with bags etc.Had a great nights sleep, and felt revived to complete my journey ion the morning. This will most certainly be my go to hotel each time I travel through Denver. Breakfast was good and would certainly suit most dietary requirements (e.g. diabetic, heart healthy etc). Although they advertise a continental breakfast, they also provide a hot choice (sausage links and scrambled eggs), which were very good. A member of staff was available to refill when the coffee etc was low. My only regret was that I did not get chance to use the hot tub as I arrived so late.

Great experience. Stayed one night before catching flight out of DIA. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Excellent value for the $.

Good for a night layover in denver

If your stuck flying through Denver , and you need a cheaper hotel for a few hours this is the place, quick shuttle from the airport, friendly staff and across the street from the moonlight diner ( best place to eat around the airport )

Rude employees but close to airport

Lady at the counter was rude and never even greeted me. The room and hallways were so hot I had to turn on the A/c to 60°. I would not stay here again just due to the employees.

Great hotel very close to the airport !

Pros: Cleanliness, spacious rooms, good location, polite
We have stayed here twice in 3 months now. It is located very close to the airport and all the rental cars hub. The rooms are super spacious and clean.The complimentary breakfast is also good. The bathroom itself is pretty big and spotless ! We will always stay here in all our future travels to Denver.
