Nice hotel - stupid staffPosted Nov 20, 2015
Great stay. Comfortable and clean. However would have been better off communicating with a brick wall. They confirmed our wakeup call for 6:30 am but never gave us the wake up call so we almost missed our flight

Perfectly fine hotel close to the airportPosted Oct 28, 2015
I needed a room close to the airport as I had a 5:45 AM flight the following morning. Check in in was smooth, I was informed of how the free shuttle worked and was offered a wake up call. In the morning. The room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. I was cutting it a little close to make the shuttle and when I arrived in the lobby the desk told me they had emailed my final receipt to my Expedia account so I didn't have to stop and walked right out and into the waiting shuttle. The shuttle is not exclusive to the Ramada and does go to a couple other hotels in the immediate area but that was not an issue. I was at the airport in plenty of time to make my flight.

Clean and comfort room, but extremely slow wifiPosted Oct 5, 2015
Frustrating Internet connection It wasn't like he or she was inattentive but a front desk attendant was keeping earphones on at job some times. Am I too nitpicky?

Pros: Nearness to DIA
Every thing was satisfactory. Good location with a free shuttle to the airport. Good diner next door.

Close to the airportPosted Sep 22, 2015
Pros: It was clean and courteous. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was good and plenty for all.
Cons: The desk clerk personnel needs better training. This was the major complaint and hopefully they will do a better job with future customers.
Location: Our party of four took a scenic fall Amtrak trip to Glenwood Springs. We did not stay in Denver during this trip.
Four friends taking a trip stayed in two rooms. The first night, the desk clerk did not know how to split the bill among the four of us. After returning to the hotel after 3 days of being gone, a man walked into one of the rooms about 1:30 AM. He had been given the same room as one of our rooms had been given. This was not good for either party.
