needs renovating

Pros: Breakfast was good. Staff was very polite.
Cons: Sofa needed to be replaced. It was old, torn and dirty. Walls were patched and unpainted.
Location: Stayed at this hotel following a company Holiday Party close by.
Photos on website must have been taken a long time ago. Very disappointed on how run down it was for a Ramada

Good for the price

Hotel staff was great. Breakfast was okay but they didn't restock the food so it ran out long before the end of breakfast time. The door to our room was broken, didn't even need a key to get in. The front desk had someone come fix it pretty fast. The workout equipment did not work at all, most were broken and weights were very dirty. Other than that it was good. The staff was very helpful and even gave suggestions on restaurants and shopping.

Do not stay here

Rooms and facilities are quite old and less-than-functional. The drain was clogged, the bathroom was dirty, and the walls had clumilsiy patched holes. The entire time of my stay, the floor on which I stayed (a non-smoking floor) reeked of marijuana. None of the gym faculties were functional and there were no matching dumbbells. To top it off, this hotel is next to a small regional airport that was incredibly noisy. This hotel is terrible; do yourself a favor and do NOT stay here.

Didn't like people@ front desk were very mean

Hello Maureen! Thank you for your second review. As explained by the front desk people and on all websites, the pool is seasonal, which means it is closed during the winter. We apologize that the first floor was sold out. We certainly aim to accommodate our guests, but sometimes their preferred floor/room is unavailable. We hope you try us again in the summer months! Nice hotel but could improve

The hotel was great and clean. Staff was wanderful but the showers are way too low. I'm an average guy 5 10 and the showerheads are so low I have to Kneel.

Super comfortable beds and pillows

Cons: All other staff we have met this past year have been great, so mgmt. should check what girl was at the desk on Dec 1 between 5-6am and train her in cs
we have booked this hotel 5 separate times since we discovered it in July 2015 when I had to travel to Denver for neck surgery. It is now our favorite hotel to stay in mainly due to the good night's sleep you get because of the beds and pillows and the usual quiet. This last visit on Nov. 30th however I was sound asleep at 5am when the phone rang, by the time i finally was able to get out of bed and walk over to the phone it stopped. I went back to the bed thinking it was a mistake and as soon as i settled in the phone went off again. Now I am wide awake and so I call the front desk and asked what is going on and the girl who answered, instead of trying to help me figure out what is going on, just continued to say "well.it wasn't me, I didn't do it". That's not what I asked her, I just wanted her to check to see if someone had mistakenly given our room number for a wake up call and if so could she please remove it, she was actually very unprofessional and had no idea how to help me even after I told her what she needed to do was to check for any automated calls and remove them so the phone would stop ringing. i ended up hanging up frustrated and had to unplug the phone . Now I can't get back to sleep which was super disappointing as my dr. appt was scheduled purposely for a later time slot so I could sleep in there. We never even received an apology! I will probably still book Ramada, but now i will check to make sure no one puts a wake up call on our room.

Hotel Rooms

Pros: Staff was friendly and easy to work with.
Cons: Bug removal in room 411 and water fixed in 417.
The first night we stayed in a room that was full of flies. They kept getting in somewhere. The second night we stayed in a different room. The water was so hot, we could not take a shower.

Pros: Was located close to son's apartment
Cons: Hotel made accomendations for my needs which was explained to expedia personnel but not followed - thanks to hotel to make my stay better.
Location: Was close to Broncs training and practice center
Went to see son and his family and spend time before holidays.Also saw the sights of the city.
