I initially booked a room with a balcony but didnt get a balcont room, which was no big deal. The bed wasnt very comfortable and the "guests" in the room next door were blasting music till 5am. But other than that it was an alright stay.

very inconsistant hotel

Pros: Excellent Sunday brunch
Cons: Night tables need to be moved closer to beds
Location: Good restaurants close by.
Asked for allergy free room and got perfumed room. They did change us and we got a king sized bed that bounced when either one of us moved. Could not sleep. They did change us to two queens and we did sleep. Air conditioner was not working properly. Night tables were at least 2 feet away from bed.

Don't bother with the valet parking

The hotel is nice. The room was comfortable. The restaurant was average. The valet parking was terrible. They had one bellman who was the valet parker, baggage man, and maybe washed dishes too. He was rarely at the door. When there, he was pleasant and very attentive but had too much to do to be efficient.

Overall good. They allowed us to check in early and provide a 2 mile radius shuttle which was nice. The only bummer was our TV did not work well so we only had about 3 channels that worked and wifi was not provided. I

The common areas of the hotel are beautiful. The rooms are nothing special. There are no refrigerators, microwaves, or chairs on the balcony. We spend more time in our room than the common areas so for the price it would be nice to see more luxury in the rooms.

We do have refrigerators available upon request and we apologize if you were not made aware of this. The nite time hotel staff she was rude and not very helpful and parking was to high would not stay ever again

Nice hotel

The hotel is close to many attractions, shopping centers and restaurants. Rooms are comfortable. They also have a nice gym.

Enjoy My Stay

Pros: The staff. Everybody was very professional and helpful.
Cons: I wish airport shuttle can run early than 4:30 a.m. but the is too much to ask.
Location: Close to Freeway and across from shopping center with good restaurants. Easy access by freeway or street to Downtown Denver. Close to many attractions
I felt welcome from the first staff interaction. The Concierge was excellent. She jump in and help the front desk and provided the most outstanding services with a very professional touch. All the staff was friendly and professional. Enjoy my stay and would go back. The location was close to freeway exit. The hotel is located across from shopping center. Breakfast at hotel was delicious.
