Very nice hotel stuff, but Noisy Noisy and Noisy

When we walked in to hotel lobby, we were pleased with new decor and clearness with kind welcome from Valet stuffs. The room was clean and spacious, we were quit happy besides inconvenient location. Around 1 or 2 am, I was awakened by loud train, which I read about. I thought I can handle 1 or 2 trains going by... Oh no, it goes by every 15 20 minutes all night long and they makes noise for a several second every-time. Even my boyfriend who has to wear hearing aides, who were awakened and couldn't sleep. We had to cancel our stay and moved to another hotel in downtown. Really unfortunately I can't recommend this hotel, unless you can sleep with ear plugs, which they provide as a part of amenity.

Okay experience

My experience here was a bit disappointing. I didn't book directly through them and they "accidentally" charged me for half of the stay. After calling them about the issue all they said was "Oh yea we noticed that, and then apologized." I couldn't get a call first and had to go to them as opposed to "them" reaching out to correct the issue. I feel like they didn't really care about my experience there. They were not consistent with cleaning the hotel as they came once every morning and if you were busy they didn't bother to come again. I've stayed at a couple places before and felt like this place could care less.

Clean, friendly, lots of shops around

I love staying at this hotel. It is always so clean and the employees are always so friendly. There is tons to do around including shopping, movies and restaurants.

The overall experience was wonderful. I was celebrating my birthday during this stay the staff really made it extra special! I will stay with them again and can’t wait!

Something to be aware of

The staff is tremendous BUT there is an at-grade railroad crossing just a few feet away. If you are a railroad enthusiast, then have at it but do be cautioned that locomotive horns are very effective at 3AM. Positive shoutout for Station 26 though...just one block west.

Too close to noisy interstate

Not a quiet place to rest. Windows do not block enough noise from interstate traffic. Sound machines in room offer little help. Rooms otherwise nice Should not rent out rooms on that side until better insulation provided I don't plan to stay there again. Price quoted was well under final price( many extras tacked on later). Old hotel. Friendly staff, but very retro.

The staff were friendly, but the wifi didn't work in my room, my shower didn't drain, and they forgot my breakfast one morning
