Awful

Pros: Front desk and breakfast
Cons: Clean the place. Do something about the noise.
Location: Sketchy neighborhood. Decent mall with restaurants about 5 miles away, across the freeway.
Started with confusion at check-in, was called back to front desk to try again with one of our rooms. Both rooms had problems; one had a broken fridge, the other had temperature issues (wouldn't cool down). Switched one room with better result. TRAIN BLEW WHISTLE EVERY 15 MINUTES. Impossible to sleep despite earplugs and white noise machine. They charge for parking, something you don't find out about until check-in. Dinner restaurant was closed. Rooms didn't get cleaned until afternoon. Extremely loud bar, seemed that s place catered to millennials. Never managed to get Wi-Fi in my room. Front desk staff was nice, though. Breakfast was very good.

Nice hotel

I don't understand how the room doesn't have a fridge? And a safe. Not having a fridge sucked a lot. Couldn't take any food back to hotel or it would've went bad. Overall stay was a good. Clean hotel and the staff is helpful

A little noise from the lobby and the train but besides that it was wonderful amd they upgraded us for free

Avoid until renovation complete

Hotel was ok. For the $$$ not the best experience - renovations were very loud. Tried to have dinner in hotel restaurant one evening and all we could hear was jack hammers. Front desk staff was accommodating and helpful. Restaurant staff was a struggle, took a very long time to get food and drinks.

Not worth $200 for a dirty room with dirty furnitu

I will never stay here again. Check in was nothing to brag about, room wasn't easy to find as lots of rooms had no room number. Old dirty furniture In room. Bathroom was not clean

Great hotel. Renovations under way so I can't wait to come back in a few months. West side view of hotel gave me a beautiful sunset behind the mountains view. Hotel isn't close to walmart, restaurants, fast food and the train station which takes you to downtown Denver and also can take you to the airport.

Beautifully designed, convenient to airport

I loved having my own balcony facing the sunrise, the internal atrium design, covered parking and the friendly staff. They are renovating rooms (8/17) but the noise was not bad.

Both indoor and outdoor swimming pools were under construction. The chair in our hotel room had crumbs on it from the last guests. Parking garage would not work had to go in three different times to get the correct card to get through. Ended up leaving and staying at the Hyatt. Not much fun at all after driving 8 hours.
