Needed a suite hotel tgat would take pets

The hotel and amenities were very nice. The breakfast and happy hour great. Our room had a few issues. Two of our windows would not shut all the way, so we couldn't lick them and keep outside noise out. Our door to our room stuck and had to be slammed shut. Also the door outside of our room leading to the outside stuck and had to be slammed.

A/C did not work in first room 2nd room wasn't much better.

Not clean, run down.

There are so many other hotels in the area that are nicer, cleaner. We moved to the Element after one night and were so much happier.

Conveniently located in Highlands Ranch

This is a typical Residence Inn, but the two bedroom suite I was in appeared a bit smaller than in other Residence Inn locations. The hotel was OK with a recently renovated lobby/breakfast area. Other parts of the hotel, however, were in a rather poor state. Nevertheless, I would come back if needing to stay in the Highlands Ranch/Littleton area.

비교적 깨끗하고, 조용하면서 가까운거리에 쇼핑몰 및 식당가가 있어 편리. 리노베이션중이라 군데군데 어지럽지만, 불편하진 않았음.

Nice Hotel but...

Pros: room and staff were great, just no parking
Cons: tough to say with the remodeling going on
Location: good selection of places to shop and eat
Doing some extensive remodeling have wasn't the problem. The problem was a lack of parking close to the room, to many dumpsters and storage bins on the side we were staying. Room was great and staff were awesome, the only other thing was a lack of vending machine

Excellent place to stay

The room was fabulous. It was much bigger than I expected. It was also immaculate. No complaints. I would stay there again.

remodeling

not only did we get charged by hotels.com, but we were also charged by the hotel for the stay. Makes no sense and all the could tell us it will be return as soon as they can. The hotel was also being remodeled in all areas from front office to rooms. Didn't see that anywhere on their site especially that the guys were working seven days a week. So much for rest and relaxation.
