Can't be too harsh on the staff, but Manager needs to manage his construction projects better. We were unable to stay at this facility based on there wasn't any availability even though they accepted reservationso. So we were sent to another property with one less bathroom. Not a comparable exchange at all. Will be very reluctant to book at that property in the future.

Wonderful customer service

Pros: Customer Service met all requests and great social activities on site
Location: Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods
Exceptionally clean, well stocked,great working enviroment, wonderful socials........

Great stay.

This was Bronco game trip. Only issue was that it was too out of the way from the light rail. We'll need to pay attention the hotel location next time. The overnight stay was nice and the breakfast was excellent. I would recommend it.

Clean rooms and close to Park Meadows shopping area. 2-3 miles to light rail station. Shares parking area with some restaurants and movie theatre. Easy access to highways.

Stayed 6 days. Great central location. Enjoy free breakfasts, or cook meals in your room. Very spacious and had everything we needed. Friendly and helpful staff.

convenient location

Pros: Location and the Marriott reputation
Cons: There were a couple times I found the exterior doors unlocked and the light in the shower was too dim for me.
Location: Close to major roads, movie theater across the street, a few restaurants within walking distance
We like Residence Inn Hotels in general so there were no surprises here. It was convenient to where our daughter lives and had dining options close enough to walk to. Shopping was not too far either.

Almost perfect

Every thing was great except breakfast. The guy that I guess was supposed to check everything stood there with his arms cross watching like some one was going to steal a piece of toast. Meanwhile he forgot to check the food because it was cold
