Very convenient. Helpful and very nice staff. Pool was not very warm and air temp was cold. Same thing every day for breakfast. Need some variety.

Breakfast has been the same for 4 days. The only thing different is sausage or bacon. Pool was warm at best and the air temp was COLD. Staff had been very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and in a very nice area.

Great night
This was a great place to stay comfortable and quiet exactly what we needed. The only negative was the shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles needed to be refilled.

During my stay in Golden I had to switch hotels… And I had a wedding on the same day I was switching hotels… They allowed me to check in early in the morning to accommodate me getting to a Wedding… Then they lent me a phone charger. Also helped me with my Uber issues

100$ pet fee? For a single night?
imagine my surprise, when upon checking in, I was charged a 100$ pet fee- for a single night. Because I booked with you- no chance of backing out of reservation. Yes, it is 3:20am and I’m sending this email- I am so furious- there is no chance for a much needed good nights sleep. This fee was not apparent in the phone app- and a complete punch in the gut to experience. Asking for at least partial refund-

The breakfast was great. Required a request for room cleaning; I didn't request it for just 2 days. Everyone was helpful. There wasn't a clock so I could check the time during the night by just looking rather than turning on my phone.

Nice looking hotel inside and out. I love how they have a bag ready for you when you get in. It has two free drinks(but you must use them at a nearby restaurant) and a water bottle. It also has a coupon you can use at nearby locations. It's a scratch-off that has a percentage off wherever you want to use it or a gift of $500. I only had 5% but it was still cool to have. I love the welcome letter we got. Breakfast is great. They have turkey and pork sausage, as well as egg whites and regular eggs. No toast, though, which I found unusual. Great waffles. Overall, the place is awesome. I don't like that the doors are too small for bigger-sized wheelchairs. I had to get out of mine all the time, but I'll still be going there every time we visit Denver. Comfy bed and big room for only $111 a day. Of course, I bought mine really early, though. My boyfriend wanted me to say the only bad thing was that they don't serve hashbrowns, but he agrees we'll be back

I really enjoyed this place. The only concern I had is that they need to fix the stairs as the carpet is coming off and that can be a hazard.

We reserved a room with a king bed but got a queen. Asked for the right room and they said they didn’t have any more. They tried to tell me it was a king however, it was not.

The desk staff was quick and attentive when several groups were checking in just after 4pm. When I left my key in the room the desk attendant took steps for my security before issuing another key. Clean, lots of warm and cold food available at breakfast, close to highways.
