I hated it it was freezing in every hallway rotten orange juice. Old breakfast hills in the hallway literally and I will never return and I would not recommend anyone ever

Snow on sidewalks to the doors was not shoveled making it hard to tell where the curb started shoveling could’ve been done by one person with a shovel in about half an hour

The place was disgusting first of all. I expected something on the lower side due to the price but it smelled like fried food and looked like horrible. The door to the room did not lock, the tv did not have any channels available and the lamps were all dysfunctional. The front desk was not much help and I had to be moved to another room that would have cost less but they refused to change to price even though they moved me because the door didn’t lock.

Price and price only. The gentleman that checked us is in had very behavior with zero customer service skills. Mold in shower, burn marks on carpeting. The hotel is not in a great area and the door leading into the main hallway was broken allowing anyone access.

The young kady that checked us in was very kind. However we did not need a key card as the door to our room just pushes right open. It has a deadbolt for while we are in the room, it was just odd.

This property is absolutely disgusting. The rooms were barley clean, and it smelt like it was a smoker hotel. In addition, the door latch was broken, their were bugs in the room, and the water in the shower did not turn off. Would not recommend.

This property was chosen because this was a last minute trip, and I needed an inexpensive place to stay. The 1st room I was in had a broken air conditioner. I informed the front desk, who seemed annoyed. I moved to a different room, that AC also didn't work, yet was cooler than the first room. The AC was set to 60 degrees, where it remained through my stay in that room, and it never shut off (nor did it cool that far). Additionally, room #2 was in a different building, WiFi in that building was non-functional. Day 2-I told the front desk in the morning of the malfunctioning AC, and the WiFi issues. They said they would get them fixed. I went to the conference I came for, and returned to find nothing fixed. I again told the front desk, who said they would get maintenance to fix the AC, and the WiFi would be addressed. I saw no change that night, nor anyone attempting to fix anything. Day 3- I talked to the front desk about the issues, who again said they would get them addressed. I returned to the room after the conference only to find the same issues existing. I informed the front desk again, who again said maintenance would be over to fix the AC, and someone would fix the WiFi. Yet again, no change. Day 4-I told the front desk in the morning about the issues, they claimed to have never heard about them, but would fix them. When I got back, again no change. Finally got moved to a different room, with working AC and WiFi for my last night.

Needs big time update
Hotel needs to updated andlots of improvements. Two ladies at the desk didn't help till the one on the phone got off. No acknowledgement from any of them when I came to the front desk. Drywall holes everywhere.

This place is a dump. The air didn't work so one nice girl gave me a suite that was nice until the TV didn't work. The next morning a young counter man was completely oblivious to vending machines and doors that did not work. I will never go there again!

The stairways were not labeled. The first step was broken and there was food trash on the stairway. The interior smelled of mold. The outside door was not able to be locked. The toilet leaked around the base.

Worst $100 room EVER. This was a $35 a night flop house at best. First room toilet did not work. Switched to other room and bathtub did not drain at all. Standing water after 8 hrs. Room just beat. If this would have been a horse it would have been shot. Breakfast was the leftover coffee and donuts from the previous day at the gas station next door. Sheets and pillow looked clean - wouldnt touch much else

Room for improvement, but not bad for the cost.
The hotel has wonderful beds and the rooms are very quiet. The staff seemed overworked, there were bits of trash in the halls, a smoke detector with wires lose, and every day they kept making my key card only work for one more day, meaning I had to go back to the office to get it renewed before I could get back in my room every night. Staff made excuses that it was demagnetizing, but I tried leaving one key in the room all day and it still didn't work that evening. Also, the complimentary breakfast was cold cereal and toast, kinda scanty even for something called "continental."

This place is awful - I stayed because it was cheap and boy was it cheap in every possible way. We had to move rooms twice after checking in. The first room smelled horrible and the second room had a clogged toilet that they apparently knew was an issue but continue to put people in the room anyways. The last room was the “suite” and had the noisiest AC. Entire first floor reaked of mildew. Carpets in rooms were filthy and sticky. Some weirdo shows up in the middle of the night to check IDs of the people in my room and threatened to call the cops on us. We’re over 40 years old.... not even sure if that was legal. Anyways we will never stay at this DUMP again.
