AWFUL, FILTHY ROOM

After a very long 8 1/2 hour drive and arriving into the hotel at 2:30 AM all my husband and I wanted was to collapse into a bed, which we could have done, expect there was hair all over the pillows, the sheets. The sheets smelled and had very clear visible stains of the previous guests. I called down to the front desk pretty irritated at this point and I will not lie, I was not the nicest customer and I asked for a new room and was told "not available sorry" I continued to tell this woman that I refused to stay in this room due to the conditions and I wouldn't pay for it, I was than told she would call the cops on me ans she had already charged my card for the weekend stay, so at 4:00 AM my husband and I were in our car, searching all over Denver to find a new hotel. The ONLY good thing that came of this was that the manager of the hotel was understanding and kind enough to reverse the charge.
