The staff was super friendly and helpful . We have never encountered a more likeable staff, and we travel quite a bit. BUT: NO coffee maker (I requested one and a tiny one came right away) OUTLET by kitchen sink did not work. NO bathtub stopper (staff could not find one) NO phone (I had to walk to the front desk several times) NO alarm clock NO extra blanket NO clothes hangers NO night light in bathroom A MINIMUM of mismatched glasses and silverware. I the above mentioned items were corrected, our overall experience would have been even better. We MAY try SONESTA in West Denver at the end of May.

Great room options for larger families. Would have been nice if the pool was indoors. Great gym and breakfast. We used the kitchen but the stove wasn't operational. Overall, it was a nice place to stay with family.
