Overall this is a nice hotel. It isn't in a good area of town for sight seeing/tourism; however, it is very convenient for those needing to access the Children's hospital or University hospital. Rooms were clean and comfortable; however, the air conditioning is quite loud. The included breakfast offers a wide variety of options. As it is a busy hotel, it appeared that staff had a difficult time keeping the breakfast foods stocked.

Closest to walk to medical campus

Pros: Plenty of room, clean, and close to medical campus. Friendly staff, very responsive.
Cons: See the breakfast comments above. Everything else was great.
Location: Perfect location for walking to the medical campus
Everything was great except they had a hard time keeping up with breakfast each of 3 mornings (weekday and weekend). The lines were long as they were always out of something (coffee, eggs, other). If they could get some help in this area, it would be the ideal place to stay for anybody using the medical campus.

Clean hotel close to Anschutz Medical Campus

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the varied breakfast selection; cereal, including oatmeal and fruit toppings, waffles, scrambled eggs, sliced ham, bagels, yogurt and fresh fruit. The only disappointment was the jacuzzi which was cold and no staff member was available to turn on the heater that evening. The jacuzzi is something we always use and is the deciding factor when choosing where we stay. My suggestion would be to familiarize every staff member on how to fix the heating switch issue. We'll be frequenting this area many times over the next 4+ years.

Great hotel close to the hospital and I-225.

Pros: The pool and hot tub were nice. The beds are comfortable.
Location: Children's Hospital, Anschutz Medical Center, Colorado Gymnastics Institute
Suite was very clean and modern. the shower and toilet were separated into different rooms, each with its own sink. That was very useful for our family! The hot breakfast was good with plenty of tables to eat at.

Near hospital

Pros: Nice accommodations, friendly staff
Cons: Consistent hospital rate. My insurance only allows 125.00 per night. It would be nice to know I could always stay there when I come for follow ups.
Location: Not many good restaurants nearby.
Loved being right across from the hospital, easy to get to.

Great Med Center Location

Average but clean room. Poor complimentary breakfast. Dining room was nor clean or regularly serviced. Food was drY and infrequently supplied. Coffee was mediocre."Hot water" for tea was barely lukewarm. Close to the hospitals with little support services (dining) otherwise.

Everything was good. The staff was wonderful. The death room shower was big enough for me. The toilet sit was too small for me. The air condition was hard to control. But, all together, it was a good hotel. The manager was lovely and friendly. The breakfast was good too. However, I think it need more improvement. I think it needs more meet menus. The juice was good and taste as well as the apple juice. I think they need to improve their transportation services. They had a shuttle but I think it needs a new one. The hotel was good overall. But, these were some of the things I think it needs improvement on. The fitness center was good too. Even though it was a bit small but, I think it was good. The kindness of the staff and manager really raise the bar for this hotel. They were friendly, helpful, and kind people. I would suggest this hotel for those who would be on meetings and conferences. I also think they should have a late night service for food and drinks. And I mean real good food and drinks. Most of the conference are held at town area. So, when people come home late, they need to eat real good food. The hotel has snack bar and some drinks. But, still need to prepare more for people to come home too and fed the self. Another thing that really is good with this hotel is their wifi internet. It was really good that the speed really help me find things on the net really fast. Also, was to communicate with my wife and kids clearly and the visual and audio was perfect. Pd
