The smokiest room ever

Posted Jul 23, 2016
Well had to go out and buy air freshener for our smoke free room and the walls are so thin as hell you can hear everything and some of the things like lotion soap and shampoo were from other hotels but for 89 dollars a night this hotel was ok

Only positive is location

Posted Jul 9, 2016
The good: close to a lot of restaurants, shopping, and easy to find. The bad: dirty, smelled like mildew qnd cigarettes. There were beard clippings around bathroom sink, mud and more hair clippings on the walls in the shower. The little desk had sticky rings from the bottom of the last guests cups. It was gross. We would have left but had Pre paid thru Expedia so we were stuck for 3 nights. Housekeeping didn't even finish making our bed 1 day, they just left the comforter/blanket in a pile on the floor by the bed.

Terrible Mistake

Posted Apr 30, 2016 on Hotels
it was absolutely terrible. to begin the staff is very rude and uneducated as far as the position they hold goes. they do not acknowledge your presence and continue chatting about personal drama. the towel rod randomly fell and hit my son in the head when he was using the restroom and the fire alarm shiv hh turned out to be expired from 2008 went off at 2 am and continued until we personally disconnected it because staff was unreachable. when management was notified in the morning they became very confrontational as if they were being attacked and felt the need to be rude and defend themselves and attack back with snippy remarks and low blows. Then would not even offer any sort of compensation or apology whatsoever instead maliciously said they would never rent to us again. upon check out if you are not even 3 min late they send a large man to the room to observe you and force you out. he also inspects the room while you're still packing the worst part is I asked if I could use the cart to bring my things to the restaurant literally 15 feet from motel so I can feed my children since it was only me and them i couldnt have carried both of my toddler boys and all of our luggage at the same time the front desk approved but then I recieved a call from the same man they sent to the room threatening to Call the police and convict me of a felony then proceeded to Call me a liar and swear at me. never again will I return and I do not reccomend this place to anybody.

Toxic Air

Posted Apr 26, 2016
Pros: Location. Restaurant in the parking lot. Staff for the most part.
Cons: Air quality. It needs to be fumigated and the Febreze should be kept under lock and key. Reason for "unclean" designation is the coverup.
Location: I'm not familiar with the area. I was visiting family. So unless you want to visit my family, check Google maps. :)
This hotel literally stinks. We booked a smoking room because it was the last room left, so we did expect the room not to smell great. However, when I inquired at the front desk, the clerk offered to send housekeeping to the room to spray it with Febreze. This must be their Go-To solution because the long hallways throughout the hotel and the elevator smelled awfully of odor with a layer of Febreze trying to cover it up (unsuccessfully). When walking in from the outdoors every time we entered, I would hold my breath as long as I could. The continental breakfast was not all that continental, but it was adequate and clean. We went to the mountains on our third day of a four-night stay. We got snowed in. When I called to release the room and inquired about a possible refund under the circumstances, Expedia said that they could only do it if the hotel manager approved. So I called the hotel, and they wouldn't do it.

I'm glad you took the time to let us know about your stay. I'm sorry you didn't care for our carpet, We have replaced the carpets with in the last couple years, and just finished replacing all the furniture. The blankets shouldn't have burns in them. We take your comments seriously and I will check out the blankets and use this for future training.

Convenient Motel

Posted Apr 16, 2016 on Hotels
We just stayed there so it was easier for our sister to meet us. It was right on I25 so we could drive right onto it. Couldn't get the WiFi to work very well. Liked being close to restaurants.

Thank you for staying with us I'm glad you enjoyed the location we do have several restaurants with in walking distance and even more with a few minute drive. I do apologize for the WiFi problem, I hope you let the front desk know you were having a problem with the WiFi,. Hope to see you again soon.

I recomend this hotel.

I really recomend this hotel. I'll stay here again.Thank you!

General Manager is not a people person the acustomer is right. Don't fix things in the hotel and the customer brings it to the employees attention. General Manager makes the decision to have the guest leave rather then fix the issues. Because I as a customer brought it to their attention was easier to get rid of a paying guest then fix the issue. General Manager needs to go, not a good fit for the position.

I am sorry you had a bad experience, if you would reach out to me and let me know what lead up to you getting asked to leave the Hotel, I could help rectify the situation. The general Manager always has the safety of the guest that are staying at the Hotel in Mind when he makes decision to ask a guest to leave. Feel free to call me at any time.
