While it is a ‘nice’ hotel. The main reason I booked it was for the rooftop pool. It was closed, there was no note anywhere on the booking site to inform me of this. They did not offer anything to make up for the pool aside from 2 passes to a local fitness center, but again we paid more for this pool specifically. They also don’t cover any parking charges. The fridge didn’t work in our room and there was no microwave…. Pretty disappointing for a nice hotel

Three of the four elevators were out of service during the first part of our stay. This resulted in long wait times to get to and from the 12th floor. That said, the staff was clearly working hard to remedy the situation. In particular, the gentleman who ran the service elevator was very accommodating and very much on top of his game.
Property looks dated. Clean, grand, but dated both public spaces and rooms. Location is great, with tons of Restaurants and bars at a walking distance. Their restaurant is very limited, the Bar understaffed. Saturday evening only one bartender, no servers for the entire place. I felt like staying on a “limited service” hotel.
Everything about our stay at the Westin was enjoyable except the location of our room. Our room was right next to the elevators, so the noise and vibration was a nuisance, which didn’t lend for a comfortable night’s sleep.
WiFi was an extra fee. There is a single "restaurant" which is more like an open cafe. The website makes it look like a lot more than it is. The service is good at the bar, but not table-side. The food and drinks are excellent. The phone in the room was staticky and kept dropping calls. We had to wait on our room at check-in for about 1.5 hours. The coffee service in the room wasn't stocked properly (missing lids, missing condiments).
Great front desk service! Bedding extremely comfortable for a restful evening after day of travel and an awesome view of the mountains and empower stadium!!
You need to pay a $25 a day fee, but you get access to the gym and spa across the street, free beer flights, and $25 credit to the restaurant and bar. A good stay!
Talk about hidden fees, you pay £149 / night, they then charge a further $29 on arrival “resort fees” for a one-night stay and on top of that want to charge $10 to use the hotel wifi. Expedia need to update their information on this property as there is no free WiFi at all despite paying a resort fee!! Outrageous!

My only "complaint" is that finding the right entrance for their parking "non valet" was confusing. We first went into the wrong garage and entered some office building ( i think) then we had to circle the block a few times. But over all was a great experience, will stay again
The Westin is always fantastic. Great location very clean very nice staff always a great place to stay. Only downside is valet parking is too expensive but worth it. New Year’s Eve was fantastic fireworks right outside our hotel room.
Completed early check in yet still had to wait in line for 25 minutes to check in. Not sure why I bothered as our experience was no different from anyone else. Westin policy is to close all bars at 11:30, even on NYE downtown, which was disappointing. Nice property, would consider staying again.
