Someone made a mistake and checked me out of the hotel a day early. When I told the staff member that I had booked to checkout the 4th, she told me I had only booked for one day. She than had me talk with the "desk manager" "Steve." He repeated that I had only booked one night. I showed him my confirmation # and he stated that that confirmation was for only one night stay and that Expedia had only charged me for one night. I told him I had booked the flights and hotel together so why would get a flight to leave the 4th and only stay in the hotel till the 3rd. I was than told that the hotel was sold out and that they would try to get me a room at the "Sheraton." When I went online showed the desk manager my itinerary, proving that I had booked 2 nights, a "miracle" happened and the hotel "grew" another room! The room I was in was no longer available. The stuff I left in the bathroom was thrown out. They returned the items I left in a drawer. They should have just admitted that they made a mistake. That is understandable. The lies were not!
