The facility was hot and cold—we had adjoining rooms and our room was well kept but the other one was not. Bed not made and trash not emptied. Although it’s a nonsmoking facility, it was clear people were smoking inside and out.

This day was a pretty good value and conveniently located for where I needed to get around to. That said it’s not in a great neighborhood with a lot of road noise and riffraff surrounding the facility. The hotel itself was great.

We reserved and paid ahead for a two bedroom suite. Upon arrival we were informed that they over booked them and my 3 kids and I were now going to be in two separate single rooms :( even though I paid in advance. Got to the rooms and 324 smelled like smoke so I let the front desk know and they said they would note or could get a different room but since we were already in two different rooms I didn't want them to get spaced further apart and so just got it noted. The door lock/card reader front piece on the door of 322 was missing but still operable just showing the inside of the tech was odd. For a Marriot it was pretty disappointing but staff are friendly.

Room was in good condition, and the accommodations were great since we are on a specific food diet and brought our food with us the small kitchen was very helpful and was well taken care of. Walls are a bit thin in my opinion. We could hear folks walking above when we were in the room and our neighbors next to us, we could hear every time a drawer or cabinet was closed and when they were talking occasionally. I assume because our room had adjourning doors and that may be related to this. Otherwise, it was a great place and well taken care of.

Home Felt Stay Nestled in the Trees

Perfect spot to stay if you are in town for a Bronco's game, gaming or other special event. Very comfortable and homey. We will stay again in the future.

Shortening the drive to Mt Blue Sky

I enjoyed my stay at the TownePlace Suites at Denver West/Federal Center. The front desk attendant was very hospitable, and we talked briefly about her aspirations to become a manager in the hospitality industry. The room was clean, comfortable, and appeared to perhaps been recently renovated. I didn't get to try out the fitness center or the swimming pool. My only comment/question is how does someone take a bath without a drain plug? I just used a wash cloth to slow the tub from draining. Everything else was great!
