Room and bathroom were nice. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Problem with tv and heating units. Groups gathered outside were very noisy at 2am. Breakfast was minimal and usually the same choices.

Have too call to have rooms cleaned or bedding changed …. Toilet was clogged the entire stay before we ever checked in … and some lady has her dog in the breakfast area while eating … gross

No TV the entire stay and was told this was a common issue in most rooms. They did compensate $20 credit each night for this, but no tv is kinda beat.

Staff was top notch and so was the breakfast. Our room had some areas that the housekeeper missed (dust in the closet - appliances could have been cleaner) but the beds were comfortable and the view is lovely. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Once again - breakfast was awesome. I feel like the price was fair for what we paid. I’d stay again.

I am a Marriott fan for life and that will NEVER change. The only issue I had was noisy upstairs neighbors. I had been staying at this particular location for a month straight, but the last week I was there, the family above me made it their mission to start wrestling or whatever they like to do at 10:30 pm EVERY NIGHT! I went upstairs and asked politely if they could keep it down. They stopped, for maybe a minute, and started up again. It was so nerve wracking. I guess on my next stay i will ask for the highest floor. The only reason I didn’t switch rooms was I didn’t feel like moving all my things. Other than that, I like how the location is tucked away, I felt at home.

I like all Marriott properties. The only thing I don’t like about my stay at this location is the guests above me has children who make noise at inppropriate hours which makes it hard to get sleep. I tried asking the front desk to ask them to quiet down but that only works for so long until they start it up again. I mean, 10:00 p.m. is not the time to still be wrestling around on the floor because that’s what it sounds like is going on up there. I don’t want to move my stuff because that’s too much of a hassle.

We booked 2 rooms. Each were supposed to have 2 beds plus a pull.out. But instead we were booked into studio rooms with one bed. They ended up putting us in a 3rd room but that meant teens had to be in a room on their own without an adult. Not ideal and definitely not a relaxing environment for the kids or us. Neighbors were loud till after midnight. Not much sleep.. People were loud till after midnight.

Very poor housekeeping. There are missing bath towels and hair dryer. Other smaller towels are old and looks worn out. The hand lotions small bottle was half used from last customer without replacing with a new one. Don't know what the housekeeper was doing. Reuested for a wake up call but didn't receive one.

It was located in a pretty area at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. The towels were cheap and small. It seemed like a sanctuary city government co-op for people to live.

The staff were actually nice and for the most part went above and beyond to save me time and make my stay the most convenient it could be. With that being said my apartment was dirty there was food caked on the wall in the kitchen. The bathroom had to be completely cleaned when I checked in . Which in m case is ok because either had cleaner. The maid had dropped a trail of soap bars down the hall way when I checked in two weeks ago and they are still laying in the same place. The breakfast however is pretty awesome and that building is clean.

Everyone was so kind and helpful! Very attentive and friendly. Jeremiah Johnson was by far the best! We cane all the way from Hot Springs Arkansas and he made us feel right at home.

I had to make a reservation at the last minute and felt so fortunate to have landed at the Towneplace Suites. With the full kitchen (even a dishwasher!) and provided amenities, I didn't have to leave the property for 3 days!
