Room is filthy. Dog or other poop on carpet, mold in shower, one towel in shower and fifty lines. Gross. Homeless c as camp across hotel.

The size of the rooms the suites especially and then the fact that they have balconies is really nice we enjoy sitting outside but not having to go downstairs.

Property was classic and comfortable. Staff was also very nice. Having a usable balcony was cool. For the bad, the TP holder was broken, which was annoying. The area around (18th Street) was pretty much a homeless village. I just took 17th Street each day and it was good.

I booked a Premiere Suite for two nights to celebrate a professional milestone and treat myself on a long work trip. The room was spacious, the bed and furniture were comfortable, and I loved drinking my coffee each morning on the private terrace. It felt like a contemporary condo. However, there were issues that, while on their own weren’t a big deal, together negatively affected the quality of my stay. One phone didn’t work, and the closet door didn’t open fully. The bathroom only came with one hand towel and two bath towels (no washcloths or bath mat). The mini bar was empty. A maintenance worker knocked on the door and was surprised when I answered. He was surprised anyone was staying in that room. Parking was a hassle. Valet is available, but I didn’t use it since I was in and out a lot. The parking ramp next-door closes at 6pm during the week, which made unloading after check-in a challenge. Maid service is upon request (which I totally support), so I called the front desk to ask to get the bathroom refreshed with a full set of towels and coffee pods, but no one ever came. When I was checking out, I heard another guest asking for an additional clean washcloth. However, the front desk told her that they couldn't give her any additional but could take her washcloths, wash them, and return them to her room around 4:30pm (this was approx 9am), the guest walked away confused— just as I was. Next time I will choose to stay elsewhere. Thankfully there are many options

I stayed at the Warwick hotel this past Monday 9/6 and had an overall horrible experience. The room I UPGRADED to with my own money, was so dirty I couldn't believe it. There was brown splatters all over the wall by the bathroom, stains all over the carpet and couch, handprints on windows, dried mucus on the walls, hair on the pillow THAT WAS NOT MINE, and the mirrors and to top it off the room smelt terribly of smoked and bad food. The day I checked in I wasn't able to get a room for almost an hour after I was promised I could - making me late to an event I had that evening. The front desk staff had me running up and down to the PH to retrieve MY credit card they took from me - and spoke to me super rudely when I asked for help and assistance. I was so exhausted and in a rush I had no time to change rooms - it was an awful experience. I've spent the last 5 days trying to get some help and this situation resolved and NO ONE has returned my calls or my emails. WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND I WILL WARN OTHERS TO AVOID.
