It was a nice hotel that was close to my office. My only issue was only one elevator was working so had to wait over 5 minutes to get to the room or the lobby. And that's no exaggeration.

Thank you for staying with us and sharing your feedback. While we are excited to be in the midst of a complete elevator modernization, we apologize for the extended wait that will occasionally occur. We have two elevators operating at all times and that should hopefully keep guest inconveniences to a minimum.
