Location: Had dinner at Vinny's close by and good food
Very pleasant! Clean and well appointed . It was good and we will stay there again

Awesome Hotel!

Pros: The amenities
Cons: Staff being more outgoing/friendly
Location: Denver, CO - Do the Rocky Mountain National Park/ Botanical Gardens
I was a bit skeptical because I wasn't familiar with the name brand, but my stay here was amazing! The facilities were great and the room was spacious, clean and worth every penny! Definitely recommend!

Great 24 hour airport shuttle

Comfy bed, quiet room. Excellent 24 hour airport shuttle and lovely breakfast included!

I was in room 126 and there was a mouse trap behind the dresser

Thank you for informing us of this incident. This was suppose to be properly handled by our housekeeping staff and to be cleaned up, but we apologize that we failed to do so. We have become strict on cleaning all carpets to its entirety to dispose of any food particles on the ground, and have re-checked extensively all rooms that have been initially cleaned. Please accept our sincere apology and know that we are doing everything we can to prevent any inconvenience for all guests.

No bathroom!!!

The toilet wouldn't flush. The front desk said the manager said to flush it several times and prime it but after doing that it still didn't flush. They said they didn't have anyone that could come up and fix it. So we went through the whole night without a toilet. When we went to check out we told the front desk that the toilet still wasn't working and they acted like it wasn't a big deal. We told them it was kind of a big deal and they said oh well we'll have our manager call you. Haven't heard from him yet!

Very Nice hotel

Pros: Spacious, clean, close to airport and breakfast was nice
Cons: Just to continue the cleanliness of room
Location: Location good from airport with bus shuttles.
Never stayed at an AmericInn Hotel & Suites. I was very impressed with this hotel. Looked great, very comfortable and staff helpful. the room was big and clean. Nice breakfast in the morning. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming into Denver. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Denver.
