Decent place. Could use more effort on cleaning out the spider webs in the room. Room smelled like pee a little bit. Shower took a while to get warm but feels amazing once warm. The place was quiet. Breakfast is weak…better off grabbing something else for breakfast in the area.

This is an outdated property needing up keeping. Carpet where a trip hazard. Beds where very uncomfortable. Tv had very few channels. Breakfast was very simple. Staff was very nice, the cleaning was very well done.

Property is what you pay for and to my surprise it exceeded my expectations. Only thing is, I didn't have a microwave. But i wasn't in an upgraded room so ehh didn't matter. But the room and hotel was nice. Staff were nice. No complaints here!

Replace the windows, noisy and drafty. Reduce the use of cleaning or odor chemicals. The smell was overwhelming in all areas especially the room. Made me sick.

I checked in at 1 AM. The staff attendant was quick and efficient at assigning a room. The room was clean. I just needed a place to sleep. The heater does cycle on and off, perhaps affecting my ability to stay asleep. Otherwise I think good value for what I needed. Would stay again to balance affordable price for a clean comfortable space.

The Wifi didn't work very well, the heater was way too hot even on it's lowest setting. I had to turn off he heat in -15 degree weather haha, The lowest setting made the room extremely hot. But good stay. Would stay again.

Half of the staff here speak no english at all or very limited english, staff makes it seem like youre bothering them and seem annoyed. I have people above me on the 2nd all throughout the day and most of the night being loud and banging on stuff, and i cant tell the front desk because they don't understand what im trying to tell them.

The day chick at the front desk was rude and the fact that the coniving nosy housekeepers went into my room without permission while I was still checked in is totally illegal. They refuse to return my deposit saying that I smoked in the room which I did not. The only reason the smoke detector was taken down was because it was broken and was making loud noise for a long time in the middle of the night. The intention was to let them know about it at check out but I forgot about it and they refused to believe me and would not return my deposit. But on a good note..... The lady working overnight when I first came in was a godsend. She was amazing and deserves a raise or whatever u can do for her to show her she is awesome. I was having a horrible night and she just made it 1000 times better and was so caring and helped me out more than words can describe. The day shift chick and housekeepers on the other hand made it to where I will not refer my people there and will not return. Those staff should be dealt with

The rooms had a horrible smell that gave me a headache. One of the rooms I felt had carbon monoxide going on. I had to change rooms twice. Will never stay there again.
