The hotel is in dire need of renovation which is getting. The rooms have been redone so are quite nice. Noisy

Under renovation so checking in was complicated but had the best sleep ! Very comfortable room.

Had to move to another room all the way across the hotel because the shower didn't work.

Pros: The staff and the room. Very comfortable bed and clean room.
Cons: Finish construction
Location: Close to airport and rental cars
The hotel is undergoing a major renovation. It was very difficult to find where to enter the hotel in the dark with the front doors covered and the construction at the front entrance. With that said, the renovations to the rooms were great! The staff were pleasant and very helpful. I would say it would be recommended definitely after construction was complete.

Comfy Stay near DIA

Pros: Staff very friendly, good breakfast.
Location: Restaurants within walking distance. Gas station close by with reasonable prices if you have to top up rental car.
Hotel is being renovated with all new extremely comfy beds, refreshed bathroom and furnishings. Shuttle from airport does not run very frequently so you might have a 20-30 minute wait.

Overall, our STAY was good...hotel was under construction but staff and rooms were pleasant. However, it was the service AFTER our stay. I left a pair of pants hanging in the closet. I phoned the hotel 2 times to check on them and both times they said they would check with maid service and get back to me. NEITHER times did I receive a call back. The third time I phoned, I asked for the manager. She did find my pants in the lost and found. However, I NEVER received an apology for the un-returned phone calls.

Newly refurbished, very nice

Refurbishment is still going on, but most rooms are done and they are very nice. I always stay here when I fly into Denver and this hotel always meets my expectations.

Pros: Beds are comfortable
Cons: Insulating the walls
You can hear through the walls. A gentleman with a deep voice was speaking loudly on his phone which was on speaker and I could hear it all through the walls. The hotel had 1 parking spot at 6pm. People were parking in odd spots and along the back street becasue of no availability. Hotel is under construction which is not noted until you get there.
