Nice hotel close to the airport

Pleasant staff and good accommodations. Met our expectations and suited us well. There was even a sports bar within an easy walk with good food and even better service.

Pros: Recently updated room/bathroom
Location: Great for airport access with shuttle
Reasonable rate for Denver. Breakfast was free and had good selections.

Nice hotel. Accommodating staff. Close to airport.

Stayed one night. A bit noisy - could hear person talking next door and thumping from above. But all was quiet after 10. Staff was very efficient and helpful.

only complaints were the bathroom was small and there is not really a good place to eat close

Substandard Room..

Black "burn" marks on on wall outlet. Bathroom door would not close, no towel rack in bathroom. As a disabled couple using the bathroom was horrific. (If ANYONE were to fall or become incapacitated in that bathroom, with the door closed as far as it would go, it would be impossible to get to them) The black out curtain has holes in it. The T.V. worked periodically. The Desk Clerk brought us a new remote to no avail. The size of the room was tiny. The chairs had large stains on them. The Desk Clerks attitude was that of a person being bothered by every request. My wife is blind, I have Emphysema/COPD, Conjestive Heart failure and chronic progressive renal failure. (all things we made the Desk Clerk aware of) We paid $310 for a two night stay in a room that was below substandard. That is not only unacceptable but we feel ripped off. Last night we spent 77 dollars for a huge room, all amenities, they even have a resturant in the hotel, It is a "Roadway Inn" part of your chain of Motels.

Attitude and an unwillingness to assist our guests are not tolerated, and this comes to a surprise to us. Substandard room

Pros: Where it was supposed to be.
Cons: Staff was suly, very little worked properly. EVERYTHING could be improved.
Location: On Tower Road in Denver Co.
Was placed on 4th floor. Explained to desk clerk that in the event of a fire we would have no choice but to burn. Had asked for ground floor disabled. Wife is blind I have emphysema/COPD, Congestive heart failure, progressive renal failure. Desk clerk changed our rooms and our "new" room was so substandard as to be beyond believable. To list, One wall outlet showed evidence of "arcing", Window Curtin has holes in it, chairs stained(I don't want to know) no towel rod in bathroom, T.V. worked intermittently Bathroom door would not close, beds were "lumpy", bathroom design was such that no one could open door idf a person feel and was unconscious, and the "list" goes on. What we paid, up front, for this substandard room was a gross over charge. We will not stay at this Inn again.

Help wanted

Everything about this hotel was pleasant except the fact that there was only one attendant on duty to check guests in and there was a line out the door. Consequently there was a long wait to check in. To add insult to injury, most of those checking in had to come back because their keycard didn't work...
