Worst place ever!

Pros: Nothing,I wish I could call you,I would tell you more.
Cons: Get new couches & heaters that work ,Get a new maid that knows how to clean & some one to help the woman at the front desk,& NEVER ask a guess to clea
The first room,looked like the sheets had not been changed, it had crumbs on the bed,& the sheets had black spects on the sheet,like bed bugs.The second room was so bad! Neither of their heaters worked,The pull-out couch was so old,and nasty,but the chair that went with the couch looked like some one had sex on it ,there was a huge dark stain in the middle of it.The bath room had blood splatters on the walls and the back of the bathroom door there was hair in the sink & shower.The woman at the front desk, told us (on the first room) that we could change the sheets, she would get the clean sheets for us.We told her, we didn't come here to clean or change sheets!So to make it up to us she said that she would give us her suite,with two rooms,that was the second room.We asked for a blanket to take with us,she said we would have to watch the front desk, so she could go get one.She told us that it had two heaters in the rooms. Well neither heater worked right.It was so bad that we cut our trip SHORT!!!! That hotel was the worst I've ever seen!

Thanks for the feedback. We are currently installing new PTAC units and have extra help at the front desk as we have been busy.

Motel

Rented 2 rooms, and the check in went smoothly. However, when we got to the rooms one of our rooms the TV didn't work, only one lamp worked, and the bathroom door was locked from the inside. Called main desk, handyman came right away. Used his shoulder to bust the bathroom door open then fixed the other problems. Short story I don't recommend this place at all.

We apologize for the TV and Lamp issues. Normally the there is an entrance switch that controls both the TV and the Table lamp.

No water

Could not take a shower.They was no hot water.it was very inconvenient had to go to another motel to take a shower then go on my way to on my trip.

We sincerely apologize for the hot water issue. Extra rooms are always available if something goes wrong with the one you have rented.

No water in the room.Could not take a shower.it was not acceptable not talking a shower so had to wait until the next day to shower.

There was a major gas line problem and the hotel did not have hot water. The staff cancelled my reservation with no problems.

Pros: location
Cons: cleaner rooms
Location: close to the airport
Carpets in the room were sticky. There was what looked like makeup smeared on the bathroom counter, with hair still stuck in it. Bathroom sink was clogged initially, which maintenance promptly fixed (within an hour.) The pictures for the rooms show a microwave and fridge in every example. Neither were in our room. Full breakfast for this hotel means a waffle iron, bread, bagels, and toast. 3 kinds of juice and coffee to drink. Every day we stayed, we had to get our key cards re-activated. come back to the room after 11am, no one's cards work. What was listed as 2 extra-long double beds was actually 2 standard double beds. We reserved this room 3 months in advance, and requested a roll-away bed for a 4th person that would be staying with us for one or 2 days. Upon arrival, we were informed that this hotel doesn't provide roll-away beds. Would have been nice to know that before we arrived. We stayed an extra day, and paid with our card at the hotel. Now the hotel has charged me for a no-show on a day that i was there under this reservation (eventually this was resolved.) Definitely would not stay here again. Any one or two of these issues wouldn't be such a big deal, but all of this combined made for an overall bad experience. All the staff was friendly and courteous.

This hotel is gross. Don't waste your money. It is a one star property at best.
