"I booked a double queen bed room for two people, however I got a pull out bed without bed-set and woke up with heavy back pain. The bed set was requested by me and it was delivered to a different room. Eventually I got it at 10:30pm. The toilet seat was flipped out and I almost fell off. There was no space for sitting in the breakfast room. Even though, the staff told us we received presidential quality room when I complained during checking out. It was the worst experience ever. I hope one day the president will have a chance to stay there, but not me."

"Clean room and polite staff. The only concern was that only 1 elevator was working. We were able to take the stairs but I wondered about older people. "

"Could use bathroom sink because it was filled with black mold with strong odor. Ant was on dining table so I couldn’t eat food in the room . I called the staff they never mind me . Called the second time maintenance came and left back out . They came back and they left back out never fixed the problem."

"This was such a clean hotel! It smelled like fresh laundry (not chemicals). The staff was very kind and helpful making check in easy. There was no pot smell in the building which was a pleasant surprise for this day and age. The art on the walls was quirky. The drink shop needs energy drinks. Overall fantastic stay!"

"The heat was very effective on the cold night. I was able to find street parking both nights I stayed. I didn't like that it smelled of cigarette smoke in the hallway and the room (although it says non-smoking). I wish there microwaves in the rooms but I made the best of it."
